The room was spacious and clean. Very French style.
Don’t expect to arrive early. Contacted the property to enquire about using the parking area before our check in time. We explained we didn’t need the room until our check in time just somewhere to park. Arrived at 1300 check in wasn’t till 1700 met the owner who point blank said 1700 is the check in time come back then!

Traditional French hospitality. A refreshing swim in the outdoor pool. Airconditioning was most welcome with 34 degree temperatures. Simple but delicious home made continental breakfast
Was on a main road but couldn’t hear the traffic so it wasn’t a problem.

The accommodation was very comfortable, the host was excellent and the situation very close to the centre of Troyes. Loved the swimming pool and beautiful garden.

Breakfast was adequate; no choice although coffee was good and juice was freshly squeezed. Croissant and pain au chocolates with jam or honey or two or 3 other spreads. No cheese or cold meats.
Cereal, eggs, cheese, meat. These were not available to us.
Very difficult to find.
We should be shown photo of the front of the house so we know what to look for from the road.
Parking was in their garden: accessed through a roll back metal fence - tight fit.
