POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This stunning architectural gem is tucked away in the prestigious Beach Plum Meadows area of Katama. The large Gambrel-designed luxury home features three floors of grand living and entertaining space, with close proximity to the sandy shores of South Beach.
The second floor features a magnificent, light-filled Great Room with two-story high vaulted Gambrel ceilings, and open-design Living and Dining Areas with a gas fireplace, large screen TV, and fully-equipped Chef's Kitchen with large prep island/breakfast bar, granite counters, and commercial stainless appliances. Sliding doors open to a large screened porch and decks for outdoor dining, grilling, and entertaining. The Primary Bedroom also has sliding doors to the deck, vaulted ceilings, and a Primary Bath with double vanity and glass walk-in shower.
The third-floor deck has distant seasonal water views of South Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, as well as year-round views across the meadows and fields of Katama Farm, the Farm Institute, and surrounding conservation land. The deck opens from a "Crow's Nest" Office/Work Area, that sits amid a series of Great Room balconies and walkways.
The three other Bedrooms, plus the TV/Family Room, are located on the first floor. A Jack and Jill shared full bathroom connects Bedroom #3 and Bedroom #4. The other Bedroom has its own private en suite bath. The property is located less than one mile to South Beach and offers easy access to the bike path and Edgartown Village.
NOTE: Two-Week Minimum for peak August weeks. Use of the garage/carriage house is not included with rental. Fireplace is inoperable during summer months.

Equidistant between the beach and Edgartown, this house was magical for a summer retreat. We rented bikes and could get everywhere we needed - thanks to the owners for letting us stay at such a beautiful and new house. The best part was the outdoor shower!!!
