Six adults and four kids (1,3,6,10). We all throughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, deck and patio areas. Screened in porch was favorite room inside and the updated master bedroom suite was very nice. Kitchen is small but well stocked and all appliances worked perfectly. Location for us was perfect. South Beach (best beach on island) is less than five minutes by car and a short bike ride. Much quieter in Katama and yet only 10 minutes from downtown Edgartown. It’s a pricey listing but we were fortunate with excellent weather to take advantage of the beautiful backyard. Large heated pool and hot tub was clean and well maintained. We would rent again.

This was the dream of a Martha’s Vineyard vacation. The hosts were extremely responsive. The property was well maintained. Overall exceeded any reasonable expectation. Was very happy with the house.

A great 2 weeks in the Vineyard. Location to beach and walking path were great. Our teenager daughters enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and outdoor shower. House is bright and a great set up.
