Welcome to the Edgartown Summer Home. Our beautiful house has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms all en-suite, heated outdoor pool, and chefs kitchen. Bike to town and the beach - this is the perfect home for your vacation.
The outdoor living spaces center around the heated 14 by 28-foot in-ground pool. The saltwater pool features a bluestone patio. There are 8 chaise loungers, umbrellas, outdoor Dining Area for 10, and outdoor Living Area with sofa and chairs and fire table. There are nicely manicured grounds and grassy areas for yard games.
From its central Katama location, downtown Edgartown Village is one mile away, while South Beach is two miles. Our beautiful home is the perfect oasis to create your memories!

Marshall was a great host. Everything was simple and any questions we had he answered and not just about the house but about MV also. The kids loved the pool. The house had everything. The kitchen had pots to boil lobsters. The air conditioning worked great and the location was close to town we could ride bikes easily and had the benefit of the pool.

The house is well appointed with lovely finishes and thoughtful touches. The pool and outdoor spaces are well maintained and spacious. All ages could easily bike or walk to town. The beach is an easy bike ride even for the the kids on their own. Plus the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for large gatherings.

My family and I could not have been more satisfied with our stay at Marshall’s house just outside Edgartown. The house is clean, comfortable, and has good proximity to Edgartown (roughly a 20 minute walk to restaurants and shops) and the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and very functional, allowing room for several people to cook and eat at the same time. The yard is great for kids and the pool was clean, manageable, and very easily accessible from the house. All of the bedrooms are nicely sized with private bathrooms. Overall, would definitely recommend this property, and hope to stay again. Marshall gave a number of helpful recommendations leading up to our stay and was responsive to 1-2 questions during our stay.
