Completely renovated Edgartown cape with New Pool ~ Sleeps 14

Stunning property which is even better in person compared to the pictures. Lots of space for our group of 12 which included 2 children. The game room was great and well stocked with games and was the perfect hangout spot. The backyard area with pool, patio, and large screened in porch was beautiful and relaxing. Really nice to have a ping pong table and outdoor shower. Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to town and Morning Glory Farms.

This is the third year in a row we’ve stayed here and each time has been wonderful. From the pool to the screened porch, game room and fully appointed kitchen, this home has everything you need for memorable Vineyard stay.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family's return back to Martha's Vineyard! The house itself is much larger than it appears, and is so well laid out and beautifully furnished! All of the bedrooms are roomy, the upstairs loft for my kids was unbelievable, and all of the spaces are just so thoughtfully designed to allow people to have their own space, all while being together. Our favorite spot was definitely the outdoor eating area/porch - just stunning! The location was also top-notch. Close to bike paths and Edgartown, yet far enough away from the crowds made this neighborhood feel even more charming. Also loved the access to the farm down the street. A truly wonderful stay - hope to return for another wonderful family trip. Thank you!

We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience we had renting this beautiful home! Chris the owner was the most pleasant VRBO owner to work with. He worked with the amount of nights we needed and was super flexible - even after I changed the dates a number of times before we booked. The house was amazing in every way. We had 6 adults and 6 kids. Kids ages ranged from 6-12 yrs old. The pool was just what we needed to keep the kids entertained. The outdoor furniture is super comfortable & beautiful- a perfect way to relax while watching the kids play in the pool. The house has been beautifully renovated and the decor is spot on for a coastal cottage. The owner really thought out the design and decor of this house to make it a family vacation dream come true. We all enjoyed playing on the shuffleboard and ping pong table. All the beds were comfortable as well as the furniture inside. The kids loved the bunk room! We walked to Morning Glory Farm to pick up gourmet cheeses, pies and fresh produce. We rented bikes in town for one day, but would definitely suggest renting bikes for the entire stay next time. We will definitely be renting here again. Thank you Chris for all of your awesome dining suggestions and allowing our friends and family to enjoy the most memorable 5 nights on MV! We dined at Atria for a delicious dinner and sat outside on the lawn under the lights and it was absolutely dreamy. We drove to Menemsha and ordered chowder, oysters and lobsters as we watched the most amazing sunset I have ever seen. We had a few lunches at The Shanty with the kids and enjoyed some of the best Bloody Mary's on the rooftop deck overlooking the water. The Covington was a last minute decision where we stopped in for a dinner and drinks at the bar. We rented bikes in downtown Edgartown and took them over the ferry to Chappaquiddick for a lovely ride down to Cape Poge Little Neck Beach. The Edgartown lighthouse was a beautiful sight to see. We spent our beach days at South Beach for the calmer waves. The older kids & adults loved jumping off the "Jaws Bridge". We used a licensed baby sitting service 2 nights and both sitters were excellent -MV Sitters-Lori the owner was a bit laid back on confirming our babysitters, but it all worked out. The only suggestions I have are to bring beach towels and bug spray. The house has some tiki torches, but the bugs on the beach are hungry! Bring/Rent bikes-Downtown Edgartown is a couple of miles away.
