About this house rental
Beautifully renovated, desirable Edgartown village location. Stunning four bedroom home includes a gourmet kitchen with living area, a sunken sunroom with fireplace and floor to ceiling doors which open to the patio and pool area. The space exudes a sense of sophisticated ease with a soothing palette and relaxed vibe. The large living spaces, include a private dining room with fireplace, a first floor bedroom with ensuite bath, soaking tub and shower, and three additional bedrooms, including an additional ensuite, on the second floor. The finished lower level has a gameroom with air hockey, foosball and shuffleboard, as well as comfortable lounging area with large sectional sofa, TV, sleeping area and full bath. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor space with newly installed 32x14 saltwater pool and heated spa, expansive patio, built-in grill, outdoor shower and large private backyard. Ideal location, 10 minute walk into town for coffee/ice cream/shopping or 15 minute bike to South Beach. A wonderful location and well equipped house to support a relaxing vineyard vacation. Summer weeks have ferry resv for purchase.

The property was immaculate when we arrived and more beautiful than pictured. The house was stocked with everything you’d need during your stay. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the whole family. Our hostess was easy to communicate with and very helpful with suggestions with restaurants and spots not to miss on the Vineyard. Proximity to town and the bike path made us stay very convenient. I highly recommend this property. Our stay was magic-in a large part to this home and location. Thanks again Sharon, you helped make our 50th wedding anniversary very special.

Sharon’s home was one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed in - clean, beautifully designed, new pool, and well stocked with kitchen and recreational items. It was also in an excellent location, walkable to Edgartown and right off the bike path. Highly recommended.

This house is everything and more! It is absolutely beautiful. The beds are comfortable, the lawn is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We had everything we needed and more. Sharon was a wonderful and accommodating host. Would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend.
