About this house rental
Beautiful 4 bedroom light-filled home situated on a large private landscaped lot. Located just one block off the bike path to South Beach (1.5 mile), and historic downtown Edgartown (1.5 mile).
This reverse floor plan features three large bedrooms on the first floor. The primary bedroom features a King size bed and private full bath, and a sliding door to an expansive backyard deck. The other bedroom features a Queen bed and half bath. This room also opens to the expansive backyard deck. The third bedroom features two queen beds. There is another full bath on the first level (2 fulls + 1 half on first floor). A full-size laundry room is also found on the first floor. The three bedrooms on the first floor have A/C window units.
On the second floor, one will find an open living space that includes the kitchen, dining area, and family room with a fireplace. This open room features high cathedral ceilings with skylights and HVAC mini-splits. Three sliding glass doors from the second floor provide access to the large deck overlooking the heated pool and jacuzzi, where you can relax enjoy an evening family BBQ under the pergola.. We booked this property for a week long vacation with two families. Lots of room in the out buildings and cool spaces for the teenage / college kids to stretch out. We had a few issues with linens and sleeping arrangments, but they were quickly resolved.
We made some recommendations for upgrades and repairs, and the property manager quickly scheduled their crews to address them. (they arrived the Sunday we checked out) Thinking the next renter(s) will benefit for sure.
Communication with the property manager was stellar, super fast and willing to work with us for questions and concerns.
