The property was excellent and met all of our expectations. Really enjoyed making pizzas and focaccia in the wood fired pizza oven. Pool/hot tub were perfect. The ownership did everything to make our two week stay as enjoyable as possible!

The property was AMAZING. We had a wedding in MV. At first, I was a little worried about us being on Chappy. But after seeing the house, we felt like we were really on a vacation. The homeowner was extremely helpful with all of my annoying questions. The bedrooms were fantastic. bedding was like sleeping on a cloud. Pool area fantastic. Gym fabulous. We walked 8-10 miles. The parents of the groom came over to visit. Their house on MV was awesome but they said our house was a 14 out of 10. The only 2 drawbacks were 1) there were no closets to hang our dress clothes and 2) the electronics to run the house were very complicated. I have shared this with the homeowner. Fantastic time. I would rent the property again.

We have been going to Martha’s Vineyard for family vacations for 40 years. This is the first time we stayed on Chappy. We were nervous about being a ferry trip away from everything, but it quickly became part of the routine. Many times we would park our car on the Chappy side and just walk on the ferry. And any inconvenience we did have was nothing compared to having such a wonderful home to enjoy. The space at this home both inside and out is expansive, gracious and quite beautiful. We have already booked our vacation here for next summer.

What a beautiful, peaceful, well-appointed property. Serene views, elegant design, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, a terrific and kid-friendly pool set-up. The hosts were very responsive and took care of all our requests in a timely fashion. We had a beautiful family week together. We hope to return one day!
