POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This Modern Farmhouse has all the convenience of in-town living, set in a sleek, modern-style across three levels of living spaces, with all of today's finest amenities, including a heated pool, patio, and fire pit area.
The first floor features an open layout, with Living Area with fireplace, white marble floors, coffered ceiling, and French doors that open out to the pool area, plus a separate outdoor entertaining area with fire pit.
There is also a formal Dining Room, and a fully-equipped Chef's Kitchen with casual Dining Area, a large center cooking island/breakfast bar, granite counters, farmer's sink, and commercial appliances.
There are two Primary Bedroom suites, one of them on the first floor with en suite bath. The other Primary is on the second floor. It features vaulted ceiling, concealed large screen TV in the bed footboard, private deck overlooking the pool area, and a deluxe Primary Bath with soaking tub and glass walk-in shower.
The second floor has two other Bedrooms that share a full bath. The fifth Bedroom is located on the lower level, where double French doors open out to the pool and patio area. There is also a Media Room with large screen TV and a full bath.
The home is stylishly decorated with European furnishings and decor throughout. It also has a Sonos sound system in the Living Area and second-floor Primary Bedroom.

We were there for a wedding and the house was in the perfect location and fit all of our family! It was absolutely gorgeous and the property manager was very easy to reach. We would highly recommend it!

The home is meticulously cared for, with a well appointed kitchen for those who like yo cook. Proximity to town shops and restaurants is perfect! We enjoyed a daily swim in the pool and rented bikes to get to the beach. Perfect location!

Staying right near downtown Edgartown was wonderful! We could walk pretty much everywhere. The house is absolutely magnificent and has everything you could possibly want or need. One suggestion would be to add some towel hooks to the bathrooms. This was the perfect set up for 3 adult couples and 4 children.

Good service and very pleasant staff to deal with. Has some internet connectivity issues with 2 of the 3 routers but managed ok. Basement bathroom and washing machine had some usage issues but staff provided useful support and options at no extra cost. Help with restaurant bookings and advance advice could have helped us get the reservations we needed.
