This place was actual perfection. You can see the sunset from many different places: the hot tub upstairs, the pool downstairs, the bedroom and many of the chairs outside. Salvatore organised us a taxi on short notice and his wife gave us different local snacks every day. They also gave us two big bottles of water every day and replaced the coffee pods, which was hugely conventient. The place itself is not in central Oia itself. Instead it's about a 15min walk. We much preferred this, because this means we had a lot more privacy, whereas the hot tubs in central Oia don't have much privacy. Most of them also don't have sunset views because they are not facing East. This place also has loads of parking space. Lastly, worth mentioning is that we did get an upgrade. So we originally booked the upstairs place which has the heated hot tub with the view. But because it was low season (start of November) and the downstairs place was empty, he gave it to us for free, while still giving us access to the hot tub. That place is much bigger and has the (unheated) swimming pool and the heated indoor jacuzzi. That's why you'll see both the hot tub and swimming pool in our review pictures. This free upgrade just goes to show that Salvatore and team will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect wherever possible.

The villa and hottub and patio were clean and the hostess was an adorable sweet young woman. We got to have a new bottle of water every day and for anything we needed we could reach out to her. Also we got an amazing breakfast made by her. She needs more salary this woman. She is amazing.
Booking.com misled us into thinking we would have the suite with the pool. Which was a level under us. For the €2087 I paid this was not worth it. Pictures on Booking.com were misleading. Also extra services like beauty treatments except for massage, Booking.com stated were "free". Again, misleading. It did ruin my stay. I had a more luxurious stay for a €1000 less in Fira and I really think compensation is in order and my friends tell me to file an official complaint. Very dissapointed.

This is the best location in Oia, away from the busy tourism but close enough to visit the city outside of rush hour. Only 10 min walking distance! The free shuttle to Amoudi Bay stops in front of your door. Vicky and her collegue make you feel at home and make sure you’re always taken care of. If you’re not into busy resorts this is the place to be!
