if you are looking for an apartment in St Brieuc you won't find a nicer one.

I have never stayed in a cleaner hotel or apt block.a , it was absolutely spotless everywhere. The pool was excellent and our apartment was like brand new new , very large and finished to a super level. The reception manager could not have been nicer and spoke good English when my French let me down. The bed linen was beautiful cotton.

The towels could do with replAcing for a more substantial type but that being very picky . The area is not very nice for walks and better to take the car to the town etc Nb It should be noted this is a senior persons property

Exceptional

Large clean apartment, quiet and suited needs.

Would have liked a sofa in the lounge to relax on, we just had two small armchairs that were not too comfy. Beware,They lock the doors at 8 p.m and they give you a code to get in. Unfortunately I went down to get something from the car and couldn't get back in as I forgot the code! Luckily a cleaner eventually saw me trapped outside. Not hotels fault though but just be warned.

Tout est super pratique et une chaambre-studio XXL sans esbrouffe, MAIS bof le ptit déj', à revoir

C'est le seul bémol : un ptit déj pas sexy du tout. mais servi dans la chambre .. çà c'est bien pour éviter le réfectoire des vieux.

Un bout de pain ordinaire OU BIEN une mini vienoiserie, c'est moins bien qu'à la maison au quotidien !

La gentillesse des personnels, la qualité de l'hébergement. Pas fait attention que l'appart'hotel était une résidence senior ! Découvert cela en programmant le GPS... Bonne expérience d'un séjour inclusif dont nous nous souviendrons.

Appartement agréable et bien situé avec parking.

Très bien placé. Personnel très agréable et nous avons apprécié que le ménage soit fait quand on le souhaité. Piscine pas fréquentée en fin de journée donc idéal pour profiter en famille. Petit déjeuner servi directement dans le logement. Parking avec portail.

Toller entspannter Aufenthalt mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer Senioren Residenz. Komfortabel, sehr sauber und angenehm ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück wurde auf Wunsch in das Zimmer gebracht. Fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten in die Stadtmitte/Altstadt mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nette Restaurant und Cafés in der Nähe. Der Hafen ist auch sehenswert, sowie der Stand in ca. 7 km Entfernung.

Es gab nichts zu Beanstanden.

Für uns hat alles gut gepasst.

Wir waren sehr erstaunt dass diese Wohnung in einer Alters-Residenz war. Damit haben wir nicht gerechnet da dies nirgends erwähnt wurde. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war einfach aber gut.

Goed te overwegen, gezien grootte appartement in relatie tot prijs

Zeer ruim appartement. Domytis is een organisatie die bejaardentehuizen runt. En verhuurt ook leegstaande appartementen. Die zijn groot en prettig. Bedenk wel dat de locatie van die oorden ca 15 minuten lopen is het het centrum. Maar dat is goed te doen. Ook eigen parkeerplaats

Ontbijt. Je kan afvinken wat je wil hebben, maar die mogelijkheden zijn beperkt.

Tout: l'accueil, la piscine, la propreté de l appartement comme des espaces communs , le calme, le parking gratuit, la possibilité d aller au centre ville à pied.

la cuisine est bien équipée (frigo, micro ondes etc...) mais côté vaisselle, c est minimaliste, ex: pas de dessous de plat, pas de couvercle pour l unique casserole, pas de cuillere en bois, pas d éplucheur, etc...
