horrible

bathrooms and restrooms were dirty the floor was dirty many kids were running in the hall, all day noisy place place not safe mattress not comfortable, installed on a wooden board this place looks very cheap, to the extreme

Awful.

I did not eat breakfast as the room was so bad I had to leave. I asked for a refund only to be told I have to write a email to the manager and explain to get a refund.

The hotel should be condemned. Its disgusting. There needs to be a renovation and update in decoration and cleanliness. Facilities are old but nut to bad in terms of cleanliness. Sadly I had to leave as the room smelled so bad. The whole hotel smells awful.

what to say ??? beter spend 70 euro for this hotel than get 750 Euro fine from France Police for sleeping in the van on car park but comfort the same my in my van is bit more clean !!!

one staff person was very rude !!! she screamed at people without face masks and she wasn't wearing them herself Covid regulations .

The hotel has improved a lot, they are disability friendly and helpful with my needs. The staff seem happier than last year.

Petit dejeuner correct dommage beaucoup de circulation devant l hotel mais heureusement nous etions vers l arriere de l hotel

Ca serait bien de penser a renover l hotel et de reparer ce qui ne marche pas(poignee sur les portes,porte manteau casse) des details mais qui sont importants

Catastrophique

Porte qui ne fermait pas à clé on a du faire un solution de secours avec la chaise pour éviter que quelqu’un puisse rentrer pendant la nuit (personne était à la réception) heureusement je n’étais pas seule comme prévu à l’initial. Le loquet de sécurité supplémentaire était aussi cassé …La propreté j’en passe, des traces sur l’évier et des poils, l’aspirateur a pas du être passé depuis un moment également … beaucoup de saletés et de miettes.
