This is an ideal stop-over hotel right in the town centre. It was clean comfortable and basic.

The shower unit was small and as I have arthriris I did not try to climb into the tiny space.. Curtains rather than solid wall would have been easier. The sink was fine but the plug did not work and was domed so I could not use my universal plug.

The furniture was a bit worn. Even in pedestrian area it is in a lively neighbourhood with noise late at night and early in the morning.

Hotel ideally situated in city center, close to everything. Breakfast is great, wide range of choices for a small family hotel. Receptionist/owner is super friendly and helpful with information.

The hectic reception opening hours (generally closed from 12-16h, although they called and gave a code to get in while closed).

Echte Gastfreundschaft ist spürbar, Einrichtung gut durchdacht

Neben den sehr ordentlichen und funktionalen Zimmern war die Rezeption (Muriel) außerordentlich flexibel, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Da wir uns bei der Anreise auf die SNCF verlassen hatten und unser Zug 3 Stunden Verspätung hatte, kamen wir weit nach der Check-in-Zeit im Hotel an. Wir wurden trotz der späten Stunde sehr freundlich empfangen und wurden nur gebeten, uns aus Rücksicht auf die anderen Gäste ruhig zu verhalten. Das ist sehr umsichtig und vom Gast her gedacht. Auch das Frühstück hat sich sehr gelohnt! Gute Preis/Leistung. Wir haben es nicht über booking gebucht, sondern spontan am nächsten Morgen. Wir waren überrascht ,dass es viel günstiger war als von booking beworben (etwa 10 € pro Person). Nachts war es auch sehr ruhig. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Wir waren etwas irritiert, dass nur ein Kissen für zwei Personen bereit lag. Es gibt aber ein zweites Kissen im Regal. Ich fände es schön, wenn es eine Aufhängung für den Duschkopf gäbe, dann tut man sich beim Haarewaschen leichter.

Cèntric i l'amabilitat de la persona de recepció.

Habitació senzilla amb alguns espais una mica antics. Quasi no ens van fer l'habitació, el llit mal fet i una tovallola que vam deixar a terra ens la van tornar a penjar. Algun espai de l'habitació podria estar més net (persianes, dutxa...). Llit molt petit i coixins incòmodes.
