Clean, Simple, Easy

Very friendly staff who would help you with any request. Pleasant breakfast very welcoming. Great for a stop off if you are travelling around Brittany.

What we paid was potentially a little steep for what you get. But that may have been a booking.com problem not the fault of the hotel.

Perfect place to stay for a few nights

Lovely place to stay and the owners are wonderfully helpful. Hotel Hoed is clean and a comfortable place to stay. 15 - 20 minutes walk from the town and about the same down a lovely wooded path to the beach. Breakfasts were lovely (you can eat in the garden or inside) with delicious breads, croissants and good choice of continental breakfast, cereals, tea and coffee. We stayed in the family apartment, which was very spacious and well equipped. Safe parking and plenty of it. Quiet location

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like, perhaps there could have been a hand basin in the toilet room in our apartment …

Exceptional

We were given a warm welcome, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was excellent. Given good weather, the opportunity to sit outside on the edge of the large garden was not to be missed. All of the staff were friendly and efficient.

Our room was basic but we did little more than sleep in it so that wasn’t a problem. The fact that it had a kettle was very much appreciated.

Likeable, good value for price and an outstanding breakfast

Very friendly and a really great breakfast. Unfortunately we were there only one night but we can recommend the accomodation it is a good starting point for the area. We were especially happy about the lovely garden, sitting there for breakfast was amazing.

Great to check in early so we could park up, and 15 min walk to the port. Lovely garden area to sit out in. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

Staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Lovely breakfast. Nice big room.They don't do food on the evenings but there are 2 reasonably priced restaurants on the beach which is a 10 minute walk away.

the room was compact but had everything that you needed. it was very clean and modern . the staff were so friendly & made you feel very welcome . garden facing room was quiet at night . breakfast was good also.

Convenient place to stay for an overnight stay.It is a bed & breakfast establishment outside the town which is quite a walk downhill - therefore a car is necessary. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly owners

Pleasant

The configuration of the hotel resembles that of a motel, with the door of each room immediately giving access to a central space outside. In this case, this space is a spacious garden with plenty of chairs and loungers to enjoy outside when the weather is good.

Our room was a bit cramped for 3 persons and very dusty. There was no curtain/vitrage in front of the window (there may have been before, but it was missing now), meaning that the only way to get privacy was by lowering the shutter, effectively blocking any daylight from coming in. The configuration of the hotel means that it can get noisy when people enjoy the garden until late. Another source of noise was the slamming of doors of adjacent rooms, loud enough to wake you up at night. Reducing the strength of the door-pusher would probably help.

Chambre propre et confortable même si petite. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, le petit déjeuner (produits frais et variés, café excellent !), la salle du petit déjeuner, le côté familial et convivial de l'hôtel, le jardin et la perspective d'un sauna cet hiver !
