A place to have an excellent meal and an average hotel stay

The location was very good in terms of visiting the town. The restaurant was excellent and the staff professional and friendly (especially the young gentleman serving us). The rest of the staff were very good and helpful.

It is difficult to understand how this hotel has four stars. Our bathroom was a night mare, less than 3 square meters. Taking shower meant that the whole room was wet. The room was 'average' as well.Also leaving by car, Saturday morning was made nearly impossible by the market right at the door steps. If you go by car, do not stay the night Friday to Saturday.

Beautiful room. And first-class restaurant.

Parking very difficult because we could not get a space in the hotel and it was market day so we couldn’t park nearby. This was difficult to manage.

Expensive vs quality.

Room was quiet and comfy. There was a lift . It was very central.

Car park was not secure, gates were open all night. Mixed staff, some lovely, some quite grumpy.

A lovely place to stay

We stayed in one of the apartments as they have a fridge kettle and cooker, can't say anything bad bout the place, staff are brilliant as well

Very good presentation lounge area.

No Spa/ massage treatment that was the reason for our stay on the first place. The massage services was not available and no replacement was available either😡

Everything! the hotel was beautiful and very comfortable! the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the only thing we were sad about was that the restaurant was not open for dinner. just bad luck on our part. we did have breakfast and it was superb!I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone! 10/10!!

We arrived very late, owing to our car breaking down, but we were made incredibly welcome and served a chilled glass of wine and an aperitif on arrival. We left very early the following morning but were very happy to rebook to stay again next time!

Disappointing

The restaurant is very good

The apartment room is badly designed and there were no cleaning or linen changes during our 3 day stay. We had to request clean towels and toilet paper!

Excellent location in historic part of St Brieuc. Room was very comfortable. Hotel provided parking at the hotel (paid, of course, but worth it). The hotel also has an excellent restaurant.

Chick. Period.

Elegant.

Small room where the bed was so closed to the bathroom door that one had to almost climb over the mattress to go at night. There were no heaters there either (only in bedroom). The worst part was arriving there: the GPS sends one to a street that ends few steps away from the hotel but entrance is blocked. The front desk seemed to know of the case: why on earth are better instructions not shared before? it cost us additional 45 minutes to find our way all the way around the city streets. Calling ahead doesn’t help either: the front desk person didn’t speak English, to explain the parking situation or to even make a reservation for the restaurant (really good food). This stressful evening could’ve been forgotten if the kitchen hadn’t waken us at 8 am with endless banging noises.

no wardrobe in the room, 1 hook only to put all the clothes! in the fridge stinky food from previous guest room not cleaned during my stay

unacceptable lack of communication

nothing

we suffered a bereavement the day before our reservation. despite two phone calls and multiple messages in French via booking.com to try and rearrange the dates there was zero contact and no reply. the money for one nights stay was taken without even the courtesy of a response.
