A less than satisfactory stay

Staff welcome good

Thevroom smelt damp, the carpet was poor, cobwebs around curtains, other guest noisy and staff uninterested.

The room was good , the bathroom was very nice . The breakfast was also very good , the location was good shame it was a Sunday and every thing was shut . The added bonus for us was the use of the garage across the street for our motorcycle. The owner was most helpful with a street map etc .

We loved it! Great location for access to St. Brieuc. The foyer is quirky but fun. The staff super !

Great location only 2 minutes walk into St. Brieuc centre but really quiet. Huge room, bathroom and bed !

Parts of the hotel look a little tired ! The back garden could be so much nicer given development. The rear car park is ideal but might deter anyone with mobility issues since access is via steep steps. The bathroom is big and well appointed but could do with modernising to match some peoples tastes.

Did not meet expectations

Nice bathroom and good size bedroom

The hotel was advertised with a bar and a garden. Reality was there was no bar service and the garden could have benefited from some shade and cushions . Very disappointed as we would have liked a nice shady place to relax.

Initial information indicated that an iron is available, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. No such offer was available in my room. The facilities are outdated and do not meet the standards of modern hotels.

The location and parking. Staff were welcoming and rooms clean.

The water temperature in the shower difficult to control. Bed was a little uncomfortable.

Excellent independant property with a kind staff very helpful

Very well located property at a comfortable walking distance from all facilities in the old city, the tourist area is right on the next street, and 2 super good restaurants in the same street. Please don’t hesitate to ask the staff for any recommendation for your stay they are very friendly and they love doing anything to help their guest enjoying the stay. Also the price was very reasonable.

A very minor fix was needed in the bathroom, nothing really noticeable.
