Kath was a lovely landlady who made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the front door. She made us feel completely at home, and we really loved her sense of humour.
The breakfast was delicious, with generous portions and plenty of choice. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view overlooking the cricket ground.
The location is ideal, close to all the local amenities, and we had no trouble finding a free parking space. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone visiting Scarborough. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Comfortable, clean and recently decorated room that was an ideal size for one guest staying to watch four days of cricket at the ground that the guest house overlooks. Superb cooked breakfasts: even the toast and marmalade was great. Nearby street parking is included, too. There's also a balcony where you can comfortably watch the cricket for free should you wish. Kate's a professional, considerate and fun owner-manager. Excellent value for money. I hope to be back.
