A great little find opposite the Notre Dame Church, a monoprix nearby and central to all Nice has to offer. The rooms are compact but surprisingly comfortable beds and clean fresh linen.
Loved the kettle and coffee maker in the room , a couple of teabags would be nice for those that don’t drink coffee. Shower was great and late check out till 11 was great after coming off a long flight ! I loved it

Ideal location, right in the centre and great connections to trains/trams, easy to get to from airport. Good value for money for the studio. Nice shower, liked the overhead waterfall shower. Having a fridge was good. Check-in member of staff was lovely and helpful.
The bed wasn’t that comfortable, the blanket was a bit rough and not cuddly at all, and there was just one pillow on a double bed which sank in so my sleep wasn’t great, my head was basically flat on the mattress. Fine for one night. Also guests coming in during the night were noisy and kept turning on the hall light which would light up my room.
