Perfect. Our family really enjoyed our stay, the property was stunning.

A little disappointed...

It was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. A short drive to Solva and some beautiful beaches. Sunset from the garden was stunning.

We felt a little misled by this property. Firstly it's owned and managed by Sykes Cottages who were impossible to get hold of before our stay. The pictures also imply this cottage is by itself, it is not. There is an identical cottage opposite it about 6 feet away which was disappointing when the pictures imply it's remote and stand alone. The cottage is nice and certainly comfortable but needs some tlc. Leaking taps, broken blinds, a broken picnic table in the garden which was dangerous to sit on, a toaster that tripped the electric. We were not expecting luxury but we're expecting a bit more quality and attention to detail than we got. We would not stay again sadly.

Lovely quiet location. Lovely sized lodge, comfortably suited 8 adults. Great to have bedrooms downstairs due to mobility issues, and having 2 bathrooms was a godsend. Outside space was great. Easily parked the 3 cars, and garden with seating area was ideal.

Open stair case without a hand rail could be dangerous if party has young children.

Exceptional

Quaint, quiet, clean, spacious (especially bathrooms!). All mod cons - perfect. Will be booking again some day soon. We liked the sparsely populated area which isn't for everyone, but perfect for us. Local amenities not too far away.

A Fabulous Property to stay in

The property was in easy reach of Newgate beach , Solva Harbour and the lovely city of St David’s We felt very at home in this property and were made most welcome . It catered for all our needs and was furnished beautifully .There are some stunning views along the coastal paths . We visited in Feb/ March when there were fewer visitors and enjoyed these walks to ourselves at times . This really is an unspoilt part of Pembrokeshire . We shall definitely return .

overall pleasant stay .. Newgale drive up and down the hill towards the sea is quite a sight .. bit remote for my liking

lovely spacious property good value for money ..

cracks in main downstairs wall in bedroom and around door frame .. and small door near top of roof in same room keeps opening in the wind .. doesn’t show the neighbouring house right outside your front door opposite so was a little off putting as I thought it was a building on its own ..
