Worked well as a base for our son who competed in the IronMan Wales event

The house was very clean, plenty of hot water and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Staff in the guesthouse were friendly and helpful. Great base for exploring Pembrokeshire.

The single bad mattresses were very uncomfortable. Cottage is a bit damp.

Great stay, great faclities and value for money.

The location was fantastic. I got lost getting there, but the host was very helpful in allowing me to locate the property.

The noise from the upstairs apartment, was quite late in the night and then started again early. Just a bit of courtesy from the family staying above us.

No blanket at the cottage and the duvet was very thick for the time we stayed.

Lovely short stay with extended family - in a perfect location a stone's throw from the beach

House was great, good size, bedrooms all had en suite bathrooms, location excellent for Freshwater East beach. Door was open and keys on the kitchen table on arrival. Clear instructions for heating. Nice welcome basket!

Wi-fi was quite slow. BBQ facilities in the garden would have been nice. But other than that it was great!

Our stay at Port clew cottage was lovely and enjoyable, exploring so much of the local areas.

The location was nicely located to several fun things to do and explore. The cottage itself was lovely, very spacious for everyone and very comfortable as well. We had lots of fun exploring the local castle and beaches which all had easy access. There is a lovely car park directly behind the cottage so we didn't have far to travel with our luggage.

Was sweet and simple, easy access and clean and tidy.

Clean, easy access, very kind owners and communication . Very well kept considering.

Kitchen is not suitable to properly cook, knives blunt oven very dirty no extra things usually provided like salt pepper milk etc. Beds very uncomfortable saggy. No bathroom upstairs and shower extremely outdated with very poor water pressure. We were asked not to use the swing in the back garden although it is all part of the same location, all open planned etc didn’t require going through a gate or anything. Reason provided was that it belonged to the guest house and not to the cottages. Really upset the kids and they were behaving so nicely there was honestly no reason to ban us from using.

Warm, spacious house, with 3 double rooms with ensuite and 1 single room with double bunk bed and ensuite. Good location for Tenby, Freshwater East and Barafundle. Food shops available at local petrol station and Pembroke.

Pet-free! Hooray!! (they are few & far between these days) Lovely cottage, perfectly situated in a truly beautiful location for beach, castles & coast path. Also, importantly, a welcoming & comfortable place for lazy days.

Keys were inside the cottage. Perfect location for exploring Pembrookshire, amazing walks, scenery and beaches. Guest book inside with recommendations. Hosts were very welcoming, cottage was well equipt with all essentials.

Restaurants in the area were all booked up, so advise booking in advance of travel.

It was lovely. It was like home from home. The cottage was comfortable, well equipped and very clean. We stayed in the Hen House which accommodated our family of 5 very well.

Beautifully located, well equipped property with very friendly hosts

Delightful one bedroom property in a cluster of farm buildings adjacent to a guest house, with very nice grounds. Well equipped and comfortable. Within walking distance of Freshwater East beach and a local pub offering good food and a beer garden overlooking the sea. Family owned property and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Perfectly located to explore South Pembrokeshire, or even to venture to North Pembrokeshire.

A short stay left us feeling there was plenty more to explore and enjoy. Highly recommended.

A lovely location even if we did draw the short straw with the weather. A beautiful and quiet place close to Pembroke (10 minutes in the car if that) and some fantastic coastal scenery. Particularly enjoyable was the warm welcome and meals we got at the nearby Freshwater Inn. The tea, cider and cakes left in the house were also a lovely touch - thank you.

Nothing to dislike. A minor improvement would be a small shelf in the shower to put soaps on.

Superb cottage.

Great facilities for a self catered place. Nice extras of the washing and dryer, dishwasher. Good WiFi to keep the kids happy. Located close to Fresh East for a walk on the beach. Really comfy beds. Easy to pop the heating on after a day out. Really spacious with loads of storage.

We absolutely loved our stay at Portclew cottages we stayed at the gardeners cottage lovely and cozy and everything we needed for the week, perfect location for all our sightseeing, we definitely have the holiday blues and will hopefully return again in the future

The accommodation comprises of an open plan living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and two bedrooms. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. It was a very comfortable place and quiet. An ideal location to explore Pembrokeshire, will definitely book again.
