Portclew Cottages

The complex was spotless and clean. They were accommodating for our joint family holiday. We had an amazing time as a family. The owners had thought of everything we needed for our stay when it came to kitchen wear and utensils. The rooms were beautifully kept and clean. The location was perfect for accessing beach and Tenby.

A home from home. Everything you think you would need was there. Really comfortable mattresses, really well thought out decor, facilities and furniture. Spacious gardens (great for watching the sky at night), lots of parking, WiFi excellent...NB the mobile data is spotty all over that area of Wales. The area is beautiful, supermarkets really close, beaches and seas super clean. Freshwater west best for surfing though. We stayed on the lower floor of the farmhouse. Note that if people are staying in the upper floor, you will hear them above (footsteps etc), but it didn't bother us as we spent most of our time outside. You should be so proud of what your family have achieved here.

Clean, easy access, very kind owners and communication . Very well kept considering.

Kitchen is not suitable to properly cook, knives blunt oven very dirty no extra things usually provided like salt pepper milk etc. Beds very uncomfortable saggy. No bathroom upstairs and shower extremely outdated with very poor water pressure. We were asked not to use the swing in the back garden although it is all part of the same location, all open planned etc didn’t require going through a gate or anything. Reason provided was that it belonged to the guest house and not to the cottages. Really upset the kids and they were behaving so nicely there was honestly no reason to ban us from using.
