Quite noisy as we had to have the window open due to the temperature

Central Location, plenty of parking spaces, recently upgraded
Understaffed, only 1 person checking guests in and trying to serve in the bar area at the same time. At breakfast the tea and coffee machine wasn’t working properly, took us almost 30 minutes to have a cuppa. Spoke to another guest who was due to stay for a third consecutive night but had decided to leave as the service had been so poor.
