Great location in Princeville. Fantastic views of the ocean from the balcony. Nice setup of bedrooms and baths. Well stocked with beach accessories. Good communications and updates throughout the rental process and stay.

Great view. We have stayed at many other units at Pali Ke Kua. The view cannot be beat. Unfortunately, the unit that we chose this year was a little disappointing. The unit is in need a remodel and a minimum, a deep clean. The kitchen was old and dated and all the cabinets were sticky with dinge. The floors were dirty and our bare feet turned brown from the floors in the first hour. The glass table tops on the three tables were streaky and gross. Overall, even with the cross breeze, the unit had an off putting smell. Half of the shower door in the master bathroom was missing. Boogie boards and beach chairs were a plus. No fans at the units, but when we called Oceanfront, they delivered two nice fans the next day.
