We loved our stay at this place! The beds were comfortable, as was the couch, and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and being able to walk right out on the grass was so nice. We would love to stay here again.

Starting with this part of the island, it's as beautiful as we had hoped. The principal area in particular is a great spot for a base camp for this area as it sits high atop a bluff and is surrounded by a golf course and very beautifully manicured and landscaped grounds. The whole area feels like you're in a resort. Our part of Princeville, Pali Ke Kua is also special as it's relatively small and closer to the ocean. It has a central pool and hot tub. We chose our unit in particular because it was one of the closest to the ocean. We also liked how it was ground floor and you could walk right out and in just 15 ft you were looking down over the ocean. Another cool thing is that if you turn left out of your patio it's maybe a minute to a really beautiful common sunset viewing area that we went to each night, along with other guests. Inside, it's been renovated and everything feels clean and new.

I tried to clean but seems like it can not be cleaned from inside or outside - something to do with windows.Condo is equipped with many things. Several of these are broken - branch umbrella, snorkel masks, beach chairs are not broken but could use some replacements .Much of insects around nets outside and some inside.

Absolutely stunning views of the ocean made this one of our favorite stays. Drinking coffee while watching the sky change colors over the water in the morning and access to front-row views of the sunset. The condo was clean and well-equipped for our family of 6. Owners have beach and snorkeling gear to borrow as well. Location of the condo made it easy to get to Hanalei beaches.

Great property with great ocean views and just steps away to see sunset in Kauai. Property was clean and comfortable, and had extra amenities (e.g. beach chairs, umbrella, water and beach toys...). Also we had quick access to Hideaway Pizza for those lazy evenings...

Very good experience. The unit was well appointed and had beautiful views. The location was was also very good. One chair in the kitchen had a broken back and others were losing the felt tips on the legs, otherwise everything worked well. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. Mahalo

The condo was comfortable, the view was amazing, and the grounds were amazing. Overall we liked the place, but do have few complaints about the condo - the dishwasher doesn’t work well, the master bed is extremely soft and caves in the middle, the water pressure is very low, and the patio furniture is very cheap and uncomfortable. While the condo is marketed to sleep six, there are only four chairs for the kitchen table.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is dated and tired. Location is lovely, view stunning, but I would choose to stay at another unit in that development if I were to return. Our two sons had places that were much more nicely furnished and better equipped. Tap in one bathroom leaks, doors are hard to open and close, seating is awkward In living room, kitchen chairs terribly uncomfortable. Property is for sale, we were asked if it could be shown, agreed, and were offered a gift. We cleaned up and vacated at the appointed time, don’t know if they came or not, certainly no gift, no follow up. Then asked if we could delay our check out, but that was refused due to “cleaning schedule”, but returned a towel 4 hours later and no one had been in to clean yet, so we were miffed that our request was denied.

Reviewer Comments: The location of the property was great...being able to walk out the doors to a small patio area overlooking the ocean and walk along the edge of the cliffs was wonderful. The property itself is showing its' age a bit. The patio doors were hard to open and screens on windows were ripped in places. Appliances worked, but dishwasher was a bit wonky. Amenities were a bit disappointing for the would have been really nice to be able to get some more TP, bars of soap, paper towel and dish soap from the office instead of having to go out and buy replacements. Kitchen supplies need to be expanded...need more wine glasses, a bowl for salad, more dish towels. More specific instructions for the property would have been helpful...how to get into pool area, recycling, etc.

Excellent location with nice view of ocean, constant sound of crashing surf. Bedrooms were well separated giving good privacy. Tight fit on side of both queen beds. We’ll equipped kitchen, though no ice maker. Very steep sidewalk down to entrance. Beautiful, we’ll maintained grounds.

We had a wonderful stay at Pali Kae Kua in Princeville. The views were out of this world and the property was very comfortable for our family. The location to Princeville center was perfect. I highly recommend this property for anyone that loves beautiful views and doesnt mind spontaneous rain showers! :)

This property is beautiful. It has a lovely view of the ocean. We could whale watch from our lanai. ( No Binoculars. Bring your own ) The kitchen was adequetly supplied. Nice appliances and quartz countertops. The first bedroom was a nice size. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite was kind of small but you get a washer and dryer. The second bedroom was enormous and has a nice size ensuite. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was very small for the size of room. There were beach chairs and a beach umbrella which were used daily. The living room furniture was great. The sectional and chaise lounger were very comfortable. TV was small for the size of livingroom Fold up wooden chairs and a small wooden table are the furniture on the Lanai's. Very uncomfortable! Overall this was a nice place to stay. A Vehicle is recommended as you are quite far from the shopping centre in Princeville. From Canada

We loved this apartment. The full wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows make it seem like you're right outside. In the morning, we opened the door and enjoyed our own private world - except for the friendly geese who visited but they were fun. We only to walk around the complex to see the beautiful sunset every night. We were pleasantly surprised to find complete snorkeling and board equipment there which we used! There was no wi-fi (they came to fix it but it remained spotty) but who goes to Hawaii to be stuck on a device! The kitchen was lacking - it had pots and pans, dishes and utensils but no supplies except maybe a salt shaker! There were some laundry supplies left for us. Rental agents were extremely cordial and accommodating in all transactions. On site management was responsive to our needs. All in all, it was a wonderful spot. We would go back in an instant!

Pali Ke Kua 127 offers everything from an updated condo filled with necessities needed for a comfortable stay to the beautiful view out the lanai. The sound of waves crashing in the cove to the beautiful sunsets are just a few of the amenities of this gorgeous little cation.Oceanfront Reality is a very responsive property managing group. Our television went out and two days later we had a new one mounted. Princeville is our favorite part of the island. We liove the mountains and the beautiful beaches. The lush landscape is beautiful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property with 2 adults and 4 young children. It was perfect for our needs- even better than I was expecting. The carpet in the photos had been replaced with laminate wood flooring throughout. The trade winds kept the unit a comfortable temperature. The location was wonderful for exploring all of the North Shore. Short walk to Hideaways beach- which was our favorite beach out of all we visited! Short walk to on-property restaurant, Hideaways Pizza Pub, which had good food. The views of sunrise from the lanai are breathtaking. You cannot actually see sunset from the unit but it is just around the next building to view. The kitchen had all we needed to make a few meals at the condo. There is a closet full with all you would need for beach days- snorkel gear, sand toys, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, large hard-sided cooler. We did not use any of this because we did not realize it was there and brought our own. There is a hose next to the lanai which was a huge plus when cleaning up kids after the beach and hiking. We never visited the pool so I cannot comment to that. During the very beginning of our stay the washing machine broke. Management quickly found an empty unit for us to use the laundry machine in and made sure we had one available for the remainder of our stay. Overall, you probably can’t get a better option when trying to find a condo for 6!! Would easily recommend.
