** Please note there is ongoing construction within the complex** Emmalani Court Unit #110 is the only 3 bedroom condo with AC on the cliff in Princeville! You will notice the absolutely amazing views as soon as you walk in. This peaceful location allows ocean views from every bedroom and the living space. This ground floor unit is very spacious with over 1,700 sq ft of living area and 250 sq ft of Lani space, only 1 unit above, no other common walls. It is surrounded by the famous Makai Golf Course and looks out at the signature hole. The endangered ne ne birds frequent the area and the Bali Hai sunsets are stunning! The living room, dining room and huge kitchen have an open concept that is great for large groups. We recently purchased this unit and it features many new items including linens. I believe this is the first time the unit will be a rental and it is a wonderful opportunity to spend your vacation at this truly unique home! We have everything you can ask for, including, upgraded mattresses, shampoo/conditioner, spa robes and baby gear (pac n play/stroller). Beach gear includes, cooler, chairs, umbrella, body boards and snorkel gear. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for small to major holiday meals. Rice/slow cooker, Coffee maker and Keurig too. The common area has a wonderful pool, hot tub, lending library and multi purpose room. Plus there is a gas BBQ and large outside table.
There is a separate Split AC Unit in each bedroom and one in the living area. Separate units allow for individual preferences when sleeping. These are installed AC units with condensers, not portable units.
Condo sleeps 6 in beds, there is a full size sofa sleeper in the 3rd bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room that can accommodate more guests (especially kids!). There is an extra charge for extra guests and please note the dining table seats 6 plus an additional table for 4 on the Lani.

Probably one of our top 1 or 2 stays using VRBO in all the years we used VRBO to book vacations. Minka and Kristine were excellent to work with. We had no issues with this wonderful stay. The accommodations were perfect. Spacious, comfortable and views that were incredible! The unit had been updated since the pics that are posted on the VRBO site. The kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous and equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay. We would and will book this unit in the future on return trips to Kauai!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The views are to die for and it was nice to have the grassy area outside the condo for the kids to run around in the evenings. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well stocked! Minka was very helpful and quick to respond. I only gave 4 stars because of two things not controlled by the owners: the washing machine wasn’t functioning correctly during our stay so I had to wring out all our clothes by hand. Minka was very quick to figure out a solution and we were able to use a washer at another condo a few days later. It wasn’t ideal but it wasn’t her fault! Also - know that this is a bottom unit. The family staying above us were quite heavy on their feet, had small children running around loudly upstairs, and talked loudly on their lanai. Again - nothing that could have been controlled by the owners of this condo, but it did disturb the quiet beauty of nature. Thankfully Kauai is not a place to go and sit at home all day though! We will always remember our time here and are grateful for the beautiful place we had to come home to each day.

Everything has been stated previously, many times, so I'll just say the view and location are superb. We LOVED our stay.Only things I could possibly mention are: there was no bedding labeled for the living room couch; and when putting the oven in "broil", it did not heat at all. Pretty sure the settings were right, but it quit heating in this mode. One last suggestion - a list of recommended local beaches, shopping markets, and gas stations, and directions, would be so helpful. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Just stop searching now and confirm a reservation immediately. We’ve rented many places, and this is by far the most outstanding property. Everything is exactly as described, but better. And the view and proximity to everything you could possibly desire is beyond imagination. Even a pineapple growing on the deck. Absolutely perfect in every way. Can’t wait to return!

Stunning views are just the start with this booking. Well spaced for 2 small families. Fully supplied kitchen with all the items you would need to cook anything. Extra towels and toys. A.C. Was amazing during the hot days and the double back doors were great in the evenings to catch the breeze from the ocean. We absolutely loved this place. The memories are lifelong from this vacation location.

This was the first time my wife and I were able to take all of my kids (and one granddaughter) on a family vacation since my divorce 9 years ago. This stay in Princeville was EXACTLY what we needed. Minka, the owner, was prompt and communicative. Kristine, the property manager made a visit and made sure everything was great. I would definitely stay there again. It was worth every penny!Dan

Selected this property for all it offered- views, large living spaces, quiet & good location. Minka and her assistant Kristine always answered any questions promptly. The condo lives like a home with so much space in common areas, absolutely equipped with any & all kitchen appliances, dishes etc. Greatly appreciated having everything we needed for our grandso. (17 months) - dishes, cups, booster chair, pack & play for sleeping. The outside storage closet is marvelously stocked with oodles of beach toys and plenty of chairs for the 6 of us, could not have asked for more when we opened that closet door! The house is amazing, located on the cliffs in Princeville. The furnishings were beautiful, the kitchen was totally equipped. We enjoyed the walk in the backyard to watch the sun go down over Bali hai. And the birds on the golf course were very entertain especially the albatross dancing. The Foodland in Princeville has everything you need. It’s a 2 mile walk each way from the house. You can also walk to the beach, about a 2 mile round trip, but lots of stairs. Will definitely come again!

The condo was incredible, and the location was perfect! Everyday we saw whales from the lanai, and our days ended with gorgeous sunsets. I was surprised how quiet it was at night. We can't wait to go back! wait to go back!!

We spent a wonderful week at Mika’s place in Kauai. The condo is spacious, well-maintained, well-appointed and oh-so-comfortable. (I actually did an online search to see where she got her pillows that my head sank into every night!) The kitchen is very well equipped, I would have loved to make more use of it and do more cooking than we did. We loved seeing the nenes gather in front of the lanais and we especially loved seeing the albatrosses doing their mating dances on the other side of the lawn. Would definitely come for a return visit.

Great location. Watched whales from the lanai, listened to the ocean nightly from the primary suite, walked to 1 Hanalei several times for cocktails on the beach and dips in the hot tub (they don’t ask if you’re staying there after 5pm). The pool at the condo was fine, the hot tub wasn’t working. The condo had everything you could want for a family.

We love staying on the North side of the island. This condo was perfect for us! Very spacious and clean. The views are amazing and being on the golf course was a bonus. Very pretty property and very well stocked. We really enjoyed our time there.

Minka’s condo was perfect for our family vacation. We brought our two kiddos and my in laws. The condo has everything and more than we could need for our stay. Toys for the kids (puzzles, coloring, books, toys and games) and then everything you could possibly need for a great day at the beach (chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, sand toys and towels). The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed to cook in for the few nights we wanted to stay in to just enjoy a drink and the gorgeous sunset right from the condo patio or out on the point of the golf course. The location of this condo was perfect. Right on the golf course with gorgeous ocean views, Queens Bath and Hideaways Beach within walking distance and princeville itself was just amazing. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to help and accommodate us. I almost had to cancel due to an injury and I’m so glad we didn’t have to, this was a trip of a lifetime with my family that I’ll never forget. Thanks again for everything!

Truly an exceptional property. Our family of 7 consisted of 4 adults and 3 kids ages 13, 11, and 9 and this property fit us all very comfortably with lots of room to spread out. The views truly are unparalleled. Excellent location. Easily walkable to Hideaways and Queen’s Bath and even One Hotel Hanalei Bay for dinner and drinks. All the beach gear you need, gorgeous kitchen and eating space. Beautiful bathrooms. Immaculately clean! We would absolutely return.

Beautiful Home located in the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of the evening sunsets, lush green golf course, walking paths available to stroll through the area. The Home is stocked well with all the necessities to cook meals at home and relax on the lanai. Easy car ride to Hanalei 10 min, close to many great snorkeling spots. Kristine was extremely responsive to all questions and concerns. Wonderful home. Will be back again.

This place is huge and perfect for families! Excellent views and close to everything in the North Shore (restaurants at Hanalei Bay, Ha'ena State Park, Na Pali Catamaran tours, etc.) The property is clean and has everything you need for a fantastic Kaua'i trip. Highly recommend.

We had one of our families’ most wonderful vacations yet at this beautiful property. The condo has literally everything you could want for kids of all ages and adults to have a lovely and relaxing vacation. Being able to open the drapes in the morning and have gorgeous views of the Pacific was priceless. The very first morning we saw multiple whales from the patios! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our time on Kauai. The area was fantastic, the home was incredibly clean, and the views were gorgeous! We were a group of 7 and were all very comfortable. We especially appreciated the closet FULL of things for the beach including chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and more. We used those things almost every single day. The views were exactly as depicted in the listing. We enjoyed watching the albatrosses from the patio and seeing whales spouting and jumping off in the distance. Very quick to drive to what quickly became our favorite town, Hanalei! Thank you to these great hosts for providing such an amazing place to stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful home on Kauai!

This was a top notch property. They had everything you could possibly need for your stay from kitchen items, to plenty of towels and blankets, to beach gear - they had it all. The property is well maintained and gorgeous. The location could not be better. You can see the ocean from almost every room and the Main Bedroom is a dream with ocean views out every window. Check in/out was a breeze, everything was very easy. Definitely would recommend staying here! It would be great for a family group or a group of friends. We loved being so close to Hanalei too.

It's cliffside north shore, minutes from SO much to do and see. The condo itself is very nice, A/C works great, a closet full of toys like boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Huge kitchen, plenty of room to spread out. The patio is amazing, really cool trees just outside the door on a manicured golf course. You can walk to Queens Bath from here as well!
