This large comfortable home is located in a quiet part of the upscale community of Princeville, on the North Shore of Kaua'i.

Within walking distance to beautiful Pu'o Poa beach on the world famous Hanalei Bay, the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay and Hanalei Bay Resort where you can enjoy nightly entertainment. it is only a 10 minute drive to other Hanalei Bay beaches, Anini beach, and quaint local shops and local style restaurants. Princeville is famed for its 27 hole Makai Golf Course.

You will wake up to stunning unobstructed views of mountains and waterfalls. There are plenty of places in this spacious home to relax and enjoy the lush ambiance of this beautiful garden island.

Sometimes photos of homes look better online than in person. For this home it's the opposite - the photos were great but didn't do the home justice. The view from the lanai was spectacular. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the mist float by a dramatic waterfall across a lush valley. We loved the pace of life on the north side of the island and the easy drive to Hanalei. The home is perfectly appointed and immaculate.

Easy access to nearby beaches, running / walking trails, markets and restaurants. Short drive to Hanalei, great surfing, snorkeling, hiking and shopping. Stayed a week with family of 5 and enjoyed having an entire house to spread out, multiple baths including outside shower and a well supplied kitchen. Beautiful location, amazing views and location is close to pretty much everything needed! Beach chairs and umbrellas, towels on property which were great to have for the beaches!! Best morning coffee ever. The view from the porch could even make a bad cup taste good! Quiet location. Plenty of space! Who knew couches in the kitchen were a thing? A comfy place to read while the rest of the family played cards at the giant kitchen table, I’m sold! The primary suite was beautiful and spacious. All of the beds were comfortable. We were sad to leave! If we ever visit Princeville again, I’d stay here in a heartbeat.

Such a lovely stay at this property. I didn't expect it to be in a proper neighborhood with that unobstructed view, but it's in a great, easily accessible area. The view from the back deck (as seen in the photos) is worth the price alone. Great communication with the host. I can see how some may have not loved the living room furniture (it's not to everyone's taste), but who cares about the indoor furniture when you can spend your downtime on that deck? More than enough space for our group of 6, with a large kitchen and private bedrooms.

We loved this property— fabulous view! Even tho we were in a neighborhood, the house felt private & secluded. Communication with owner & property manager. There was one minor repair needed & manager took care of it same day within hours. We enjoyed many hours on the deck, but not enough. We will come back.

I can't say enough about how magical this place is. Close to to the amazing beaches, shopping, hiking, snorkling, and restaraunts. We loved sitting on the back porch for sunrise coffee and sunset cocktails. Amenities and pictures capture it!

Kitchen and lanai were very good. Surfboards and beach chairs were used by us every day. Easy access to a 120V outlet for charging EV was useful.A few things that weren't so great:There are not many comfortable places to sit. The furniture in the main rooms is interesting to look at but not very comfortable to use.Hanalei Bay Resort is not a good neighbor. They wont let you cross their property to get to the beach which means you have to walk half an hour to get to the beach that's only 1/4 mile away. Also, there is a fair amount of road traffic in front of the house because it is the access to the resort. If you open the windows of the house in that direction the road noise may wake you up while you are trying to sleep.These things did not keep us from having a great time, but are probably enough to keep us from coming back

The house was great, the furniture unique, and the view was stunning. It was in a nice, clean neighborhood and was mostly peaceful until the roosters started crowing. The only issue we had was minor. We’ve never stayed in a property that didn’t have soap for the shower. There was soap for the bathroom sink, but only one of the pumps would work. We don’t usually travel with soap and shampoo anymore because virtually everyone provides something. We just had to make a run to get some the next day. The bed was comfortable. The many vented windows and fans made it comfortable temperature wise. I could have spent both days just sitting on the back lanai staring at the view and the beautiful foliage. Would stay here again and would recommend.

We only spent four nights here but loved every minute. The location was fantastic with easy access to gorgeous beaches. The house was well set up and recently renovated. We holidayed with two families and there was plenty of space for everyone. Highlights were the amazing views from the back porch across the mountains and access to snorkelling gear which allowed us to see turtles at nearby Hideaway beach! The host provided some really useful information which we were really grateful for.

We stayed at the house for a full month and loved every second of it! Location....Location... Location! You can walk to some of the beaches but we spent a lot of time at Hanalei Bay Beach which is about a 15 minute drive (less without traffic) We also loved the back patio - the view is gorgeous! If you want a clean house in the best area of Kauai (in my opinion), with an unbelievable view with very sufficient amenities, this is your house! Inquire about the costs of golf/pickleball at the local club before you come. We wish knew more because we would have brought our golf clubs and racquets. We hope to come back soon

I really can’t say enough good things about this property! The location of this home truly can’t be beat and the upkeep is very well managed for the tropical climate. Communication with the property manager was very prompt and thorough. We had 8 family members stay together there and there was plenty of space for everyone. The master bedroom upstairs was perfect for my wife and I and our two little kids. Everyone else had no shortage of space to call their own for a little bit of private time. Everything in the house is of very high quality. The furniture is composed of all beautiful boutique pieces. The ambience while sitting on the lanai’s is truly wonderful rain or shine. We cooked a lot of big meals. The beautiful kitchen table was perfect for our big family dinners and none of us had ever stayed anywhere with such a well outfitted kitchen. Strollers, surfboards, boogie boards, beach toys/chairs, fins and snorkelling masks were all provided and we heavily utilized all of it. This was greatly appreciated by the whole family. There are a few different access ways that we utilized to walk down to a lovely beach . Driving from the home it’s only minutes to many beaches, shops, hikes and great restaurants. Travelling across/around the island is not too big of a drive. We booked a morning Napali Coast boat tour out of Pt.Allen on the other side of the island l; although it was a fairly early start we had no issues making it there on time. I could go on and on!

There’s something magical about starting your day with that beautiful view. Our family of 7 really enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were the reason that we booked it, but we also appreciated that every bedroom had its own bathroom (two on the main floor and one upstairs), and that the mattresses & pillows were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept on (and I like soft—my husband likes firm—but we both loved that mattress). The kitchen is a little dated but has more than enough dishes, mugs, wine glasses, & cookware. The grill is gas; the coffee maker is drip. There’s ice in the freezer and there’s another refrigerator out in the garage. The hosts also have a huge variety of beach towels for you to borrow so no need to pack your own. The neighborhood is really quiet-except for the roosters! It is a quick walk over to the resort restaurant, which was a really nice place to grab a meal. There’s also a pizza takeout at the same resort that’s pretty good too. The resort does NOT want you to cut through its property to get to the small beach nearby. They issue wrist bands to their guests, and will ask to see them, so I would advise just going to a different beach. It’s about 45-60 minutes to the airport from the house depending on traffic. The best grocery store is right in Princeville. Don’t do Walmart in Lahuie-the food selection is limited. This house is spacious; it has everything you could need, and the view is good for your soul. :)

A great quiet location with the backyard unobstructed for all of us to grab coffee in the morning and eat together in the evening. Magnificent mountain views doesn’t quite do justice to the incredible view that greeted us from nearly every window. We loved having coffee, meals, and cocktails on the back porch while enjoying the gorgeous view. The open layout of the home gave us room to relax, and provided plenty of space to spread out after our excursions each day. The host provided all the amenities we needed and more. This location was gorgeous, set in a quiet neighborhood with lush vegetation surrounding the house. There were exactly 8 of us but not once did we feel crowded or on each other's toes. We had plenty of space to move around and be comfortable in. We had other family staying on the island and were able to host them for dinner, it was Great!

I have not been to the Hawaiian islands, and have always wanted to go! I was so grateful my son and family were able to attend. I wanted to spend my first time on an less populated and more natural than commercialized, I could not have asked for a better trip. Getting to our vacation house was easy, and the owner sent us all the information so we would not have any troubles finding or getting into the vacation home. The house is beautiful and unique, I glad I chose this home for our vacation! The views in the back of the house are serene and peaceful. Thank you for letting my family and I enjoy your home!

The view out of the back patio was lovely. We spent most of our time out there, morning, afternoon and evenings. This property is a real gem! Elizabeth, the owner, was very communicative and responsive. The house is spacious and airy with absolutely breathtaking views. It had everything we needed, from beach gear to kitchen utensils. It’s very private, and we barely ever heard any people-just the sounds of birds and roosters. It’s a few doors down from Hanalei Bay Hotel, where we had access to a restaurant, bar, pools, hot tub, and beach. We sipped coffee on the back porch and watched the waterfalls on the mountains. It was truly a special place and we had a very hard time leaving!
