Beautiful location and spectacular views. We also really appreciated how well stocked the rental was. It was great to have four beach chairs and an ice chest to use. The kitchen also had just about every gadget you might need, high quality knives and pans, and quite a few basic kitchen necessities which was really helpful!

VRBO: had to wipe down all the light switches which were yellow stained and greasy. Stove door inside filthy. Refrigerator dirty. first short term rental we’ve stayed in that had not one drop of coffee. upstairs bedroom with two queens had no outlets to plug in anything only the one outlet in the bathroom.No body lotion in bathrooms which is pretty common in short term rentals. Slats in doors dusty & filthy. Beach toys in upstairs closet 1 bucket in particular full of sand. We did not do. Found that way. Cockroach! Orange mark on clothes from washer/dryer. Visible sand in front door of dryer. Ruined a good white top. Desperately needs a deed cleaning. Dated furnishings. Outstanding view. Note: nothing in owner manual regarding garbage or dishwasher, and we took out the garbage and emptied it all and we put dishes in the dishwasher and turned it on and left a note. Left in great condition.

This condo has the best view I’ve ever had of the north shore of Kauai. The covered deck is nice for coffee on rainy mornings. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to questions. We loved loved this place! Be warned, Hideaways pizza was closed on a Saturday evening with no explanation. Wiki pizza served as a great back up. Highly recommend this place!!

We really enjoyed our time at this property in Princeville. The location of the property is excellent - in a beautiful community with panoramic ocean views. Our family of 5 really enjoyed how close we were to tons of hiking trails, hideaway beach, miniature golf, and Hanalei Bay. The property was clean with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The host was extremely accommodating, even mailing my daughter's hair straightener after we forgot it on checkout. This property does not disappoint and it will be a great starting point for any Kauai adventure!

This was the perfect size for myself and ny three daughters for 5 nights this past October. The condo had everything we needed, including boogie boards, for a nice holiday. The balcony has a wonderful view of the water and mountains so the sunsets were exquisite. The host was super responsive and I would definitely recommend this property.

The views from this condo are AMAZING! It is only a couple minute walk to both Hideaway Beach and the One Hotel Beach. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Since it was the end of July, it was nice to have air conditioners in the bedrooms.

Views are outstanding! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I had read past reviews about how hot it gets in the condo. Cash the property manager addressed that and has AC units in each bedroom. We slept great and had a fantastic time. We will be back!

Loved staying at Cash’s place! My girlfriends and I came here for a get together and loved every second. The views are stunning and the place is clean, spacious, and has everything you need and more. We were impressed with the toiletry situation, that there was laundry detergent for the machine, beach equipment, and that the TV had streaming capability. We were were able to park for free and everything we wanted to do was a short drive away. We loved the pool and jacuzzi on property as well as Cash’s prompt communication. We also really appreciated that the house rules and check out instructions were reasonable. My group wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Our daughter and son-in-law are expecting later this year, so they let us take them on a babymoon to the beautiful north shore of Kauai. The unit was perfect for 2 couples, and we had a both active and restful week enjoying all that Kauai north shore has to offer. We'll be back!

What a peaceful place. The ocean surf crashing sunsets and a constant breeze made this stay so relaxing. We traveled in Feb and saw numerous whales and dolphins right from the balcony. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Check out the hidden private beach, it was beautiful. A gem for sure!

Condo was awesome - watched whales, dolphins, birds, and surfers from the unbeatable balcony; snorkled with the turtles, explored the tide pools, and what are on the middle. beach. All without leaving home. A short drive took us to all the hiking, swimming, body surfing, and birding that our hearts could handle. It was a struggle to pack up and leave. I was here with my adult kids for a family trip. We loved the location and especially the sunset view over the ocean! Best view hands down for an evening glass of wine and dinner in a very well stocked kitchen. Great location to grab a beach chair and boogie board (so nice to have those available for use) and head to Hanalei! We appreciated the quick response to any questions as well. Very accommodating!! My son had stayed here a year ago and insisted on a return stay so we could enjoy the sunsets in the balcony. Even in the summer the ocean breeze kept the unit cool (with the ceiling fans) We are truly appreciative. Mahalo!

We had a good but not outstanding stay. The view was fantastic and the condo was well equipped--beach chairs & towels, binoculars, coolers, snorkeling gear, well stocked kitchen. Sadly, as it turned out, the lack of AC made it hard to sleep. Our research had suggested that since we were right on the water, it would be comfortable at night, but it didn't really turn out that way. At this price point, the owner should consider adding AC.

Overall a great option when visiting the north side of Kauai! The view of the ocean is amazing and the walk down to the beach is an extra bonus. The neighborhood is beautiful and a lot of people out walking and running the paths. The condo is well stocked and comfortable. Just note that there are stairs to get to the front door and a very small landing inside the front door so you have to go down or up stairs upon entering the condo. The parking lot is close so we just made more trips with luggage. Definitely would stay here again!

We stayed at 4 properties over our two week vacation in Hawaii islands and this was our favourite. The view was unbeatable and we could even see whales from the lanai while having our morning coffee. The bathrooms were nicely renovated and the furnishings were solid wood/hawaiian style with very comfortable beds. There is no air conditioning but it wasn’t a problem as you get wonderful ocean breezes coming through the lanai all day. The condo also had ceiling fans and standing fans in all rooms. The only thing that could be improved is the wifi. Signal was very spotty in the upstairs bedroom.

We were truly excited to stay at this place because of the amazing view. However, when we arrived, we found dirty / stained towels, rust over the front of the washing machine, and the place was extremely dirty and hot. This was too much for our group to overcome so we decided to find a different place to stay. We informed the property manager of the lack of cleanliness (didn’t address the heat in the space as we knew it wasn’t air conditioned) once we found a different place to stay. This was a 3 night stay so we requested a refund due to lack of cleanliness. I’m sure the property manager will reply to this review stating they didn’t have a chance to resolve the issue before we decided to change our accommodations. In reality, the owner and property manager had that chance before we entered the property. It shouldn’t require the customer to complain to notice that a “professionally cleaned” space included dirty / stained towels. I’m sure the property manager will also reply to this review stating that we took showers in the place. This is true as we were tight on time and had been out exploring the island that day. We picked through to find the cleanest towels we could find, took showers before dinner, and left the property. I see from past reviews that many have enjoyed this space and I truly hope others can in the future. I just wish this owner / property manager would do the right thing with a partial refund due to lack of cleanliness.

I have stayed five times at different condos in Pali Ke Kua and love the spectacular location. We did have a lot more rain this time - two days of deluge in the afternoon. But we were able to go out, do a lot of fun things and have a relaxing vacation.
