Jewel of the Pacific was absolutely wonderful! The views of the property can not be beat. Our favorite part of every day was sitting on the deck to watch the stunning sunset. The property itself was just like pictures. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. There were room air conditioners in the bedrooms which were great for sleeping. The main room and kitchen could get a bit warm in the afternoon but it quickly cooled as the sun set. We were frequently not there so it was not an issue! Communication with Cash, the property manager, was outstanding. He responded quite quickly to any questions we did have. He also provided many recommendations for the area. Check in and out were easy. The on site pool was great and seldom crowded. The walk to the beach on the property was steep but well worth it. It was a wonderful place to sit and listen to the ocean and just relax and read a book. The on site pizza place was great (we just got carry out but it was good). A great location. I would certainly recommend!

Our entire family agreed that the rental made our trip the best ever. The ease of working with Cash, the view, the amenities, the location, we can’t say enough how happy we were with it. On our final day we just relaxed on the deck and caught glimpses of whales in the distance and had the best sunset the entire week. Perfect ending to a perfect week! Mahalo Cash!

We've stayed in Princeville several times over the years. This was by far one of the best condos we've stayed in. The location was perfect for us. The view was outstanding! We loved being able to watch the ocean and the waves from the kitchen, the living room and the deck. We see some amazing sunsets as well. The condo itself was very well appointed. We enjoyed the bedrooms - the AC made it very comfortable. The mattresses were very nice as well. We used the pool and the hot tub every day - both were great, despite the construction going on. The host was very nice and always responsive to any questions we had. Overall it was a very enjoyable week. We would not hesitate to book here again.

VRBO: had to wipe down all the light switches which were yellow stained and greasy. Stove door inside filthy. Refrigerator dirty. first short term rental we’ve stayed in that had not one drop of coffee. upstairs bedroom with two queens had no outlets to plug in anything only the one outlet in the bathroom.No body lotion in bathrooms which is pretty common in short term rentals. Slats in doors dusty & filthy. Beach toys in upstairs closet 1 bucket in particular full of sand. We did not do. Found that way. Cockroach! Orange mark on clothes from washer/dryer. Visible sand in front door of dryer. Ruined a good white top. Desperately needs a deed cleaning. Dated furnishings. Outstanding view. Note: nothing in owner manual regarding garbage or dishwasher, and we took out the garbage and emptied it all and we put dishes in the dishwasher and turned it on and left a note. Left in great condition.
