Good stay, but they need to fix the communication problem. I had the doubt that reservation was fake

It has been impossible to contact the hotel by phone. They just do not answer. And they don't evn respond to e-mail. Also booking.com couldn't hrlp. I will not book this facility anymore just because it is impossible to correspond with them.

Only the location

Booked on booking.com so price sorted for 3 nights 2 rooms. But whilst at the hotel the whole curtain rail fell off, which the staff stated was their fault and removed it, so no curtains or privacy, due to fully booked couldn’t move rooms. Breakfast was terrible stale bread cornflakes and milk, that’s it shocking, sign up only one coffee per guest. Then on leaving they put the price up, when complained they said speak to booking.com. I then brought up the whole booking still refused, shocking customer service. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again much better and cheaper 300yards away ps I can spit harder than the pressure of the shower

Stay here if nothing else available over priced, under delivered

The location is the only thing going for this hotel

It was filthy, dated and amenities were lacking. No fridge in the room, no ice on the property. The balcony looked dodgy. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Pillows flat. Mosquitos everywhere. Breakfast was long life cakes, long life milk and bad coffee. Lift made hellish sounds during the night. No air conditioning.

Opened the patio door for he cool sea breeze and got eaten alive by mosquitoes The toilet was so close to the wall, I had to sit sideways!! The continental breakfast was fine. I had a problem with the air con. Each night leaked quite a lot of water which had to be mopped up with bath towels,it was repored each day for 5days on 5th day my niece reported it and was told amongst a lot things that maybe I should go to a 5 star hotel!!

Staff in reception were friendly. Location is very good. We had roof balcony in our room which was nice.

Bathroom, especially the shower booth is very small so beware. Breakfast seem to be there for the sake of having some breakfast.
