What a beautiful hotel!! My husband and I had a room with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff were do very helpful and it is definitely a hotel that we would recommend and we plan on returning. In close walking distance to shops and restaurants.

0 star Do not be fooled by the online photos — the property is outdated and poorly maintained. There was a missing glass window that made the building look rundown, and a powerful synthetic air-freshener smell in the lobby that was so strong it made us feel nauseous. Our rate included breakfast and transportation, but breakfast choices were extremely limited. When our flight was changed to an earlier time and we requested the included transfer, staff told us we either had to take a taxi or be charged a penalty — despite transportation being part of our package. Very disappointing; I would not recommend this hotel!

At the time of my check out Breakfast was supposed to be from 7-10am I left the hotel at 6:45am Asked for a coffee and told the receptionist was willing to pay for it because I was heading to the airport and couldn’t wait for breakfast He told me he can’t get me a coffee in the meantime someone else was having a coffee 10 ft away from me on the bar! When I checked out he asked me if I still wanted the coffee after he could check in with the manager I refused and went on my way The hotel is somewhat ok The room is extremely small The beach and broad walk are within walking distance and very convenient for all restaurants Wouldn’t spend my money on that place again You’re definitely treated as a tourist and in their eyes they’ll never see you again so just pay and be gone All they want is your money

Small modern hotel on the Ostia coast. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was amazing; outstanding selections. The hotel has an agreement with a private beach area across the street. The chairs and umbrellas are NOT included and cost extra but it was totally worth it to not use the public beach area. Airport shuttles are an extra charge but nice and timely. This is the perfect place for a few nights on the beach. The AC actually works well and was able to cool out room appropriately. I would definitely stay again.

This was a lovely boutique-style hotel right across the street from the beach. The decor was modern. Our hotel room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfy. The views from the rooftop terrace were amazing! There were numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. I definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

lovely hotel. great staff - very helpful and informative. location is good, nice beaches, wonderful dining promenade with great restaurants. a short train ride to Ostia Antica (Ancient Ostia), Roman town that was a merchant port during the height of the Roman empire (think Pompeii without the crowds). all in all a wonderful destination.
