Location is fabulous, Torre Argentina right next to our beloved cat sanctuary. The staff could not be more helpful. When we arrived the sliding bathroom door wasn’t working, being a Sunday they couldn’t get it fixed. We were upgraded and it was fixed the next day, great service. Breakfast is very good. Ours was the small room, but the attached private terrace was incredible, quiet and spacious. We sat out relaxing in the evening and watched bats flying overhead. We have stayed before and were recognised which is lovely.
The air con was positioned above our heads which for us was difficult because it made the room very dry and we had to turn it off. However, opening the door to the terrace cooled the room down.

Location was close to attractions with a view over the Lago Argentina roman ruins site. The openable windows were a plus, shower was great and the bed was comfy.
The air conditioning was a little on the noisy side. The entrance was a little off putting to start with but it did make you feel secure.

Very friendly welcome and easy to find . The room was lovely and very handy for all the sights in Rome .
The only thing was the bed was a bit small . Would of slept better in a bigger bed

Location was excellent.
Terrible instructions on how to find the door to find the lobby, just a wood door with a ring pad. Should have been a part of the reservation. Elevator was almost big enough for luggage. No instructions on how to operate, bad way to start the day after an all night flight. Will not use again. Lobby noise came right in the room.
