The location and terrace!!!

Everything. The location is amazing, you over look the ruins of Curia of Pompey, the place Julius Ceaser was killed. The balcony is small but perfect for morning breakfast or sitting with a glass of wine. If you want to sun bathe the roof terrace has ample space with seating and sun beds. Two cool open air baths (jacuzzi) are situated on the terrace and perfect for cooling down. The room was lovely and clean, fresh towels, clean bathroom and newly made bed every day. We have a double room with balcony and it had a coffee machine, bottle opener/cork screw mini fridge with water provided, shampoo, conditioner and body wash so no need to bring your own. (The conditioner is like magic in a bottle!!). I would recommend including breakfast. You get one coffee, one juice, toast or toastie, pastries. The options were all delicious and mid stay they got in some fresh melon and hard boiled eggs which was offered at no extra cost. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On the days we were on day trips and had to be out early, they text through the menu so we didn't miss out on breakfast order the next morning. It was very thoughtful.
To get into the hotel you go through a double door on the street behind a little stall and up to floor 5. They have a small lift which was perfect after all the miles walking. On day one the lift wasn't working and it is a lot of steps, so that would be my only warning if you struggle with stairs as without that one lift they is no other way up. We had the BEST time and would 100% stay again. (Couple, mid 30s)

Super central to so many beautiful sites, restaurants and supermarkets. The service was impeccable. The rooms were super clean and modern, the view was amazing and the air conditioner was a life saver.

Location
Room and balcony were not like the pictures shown during reservation. Room a lot smaller and not as nice and the same for the balcony.
