Located within walking distance of many attractions and very clean and comfortable.
Lifts wasn’t working so had to lug our luggage upstairs.

Everyone was so helpful & kind.David , the owner arranged our transportation to & from the airport, he went above & beyond making sure all our needs were met & Jerry prepared us breakfast every morning ,did the housekeeping as well The location was perfect so close to major attractions for walking, also shopping and restaurants & also located right across from some ruins. We can't say enough about History Suites, if returning to Rome is in our future this will be the place we will stay.
We liked everything no negative comments from us.

Excellent location to walk anywhere in shot times. Close to restaurants and convenience markets. Elevator for luggage. Friendly staff that were helpful. Taxis easy to get.
Streetcar/trolly train is immediately out the window and runs into the late night, starting early mornings. Very rough sleeping without good ear plugs and a white noise maker. Skip breakfast package. Not with it and not good. Hard to figure out check-in process as the door is entirely unmarked. No way to text or message staff at all.
