Staff really friendly and helpful. Probably the best breakfast we ever had on holidays.
Great location, right beside a beautiful beach.
Unfortunately the bar wasn't serving food but we went to it's sister establishment Kate Brownes for food. It was absolutely brilliant.

My hubby took ill suddenly and was hospitalised and I transferred to white sands to be closer to the hosipital. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in an rural area - very scenic and conducive to a relaxing break. Restaurant/ bar all located within the premises and live music often available. Residents lounge lovely and very comfortable with gas fire burning.
No WiFi in the bedroom but widely available throughout ground floor.

The cooked breakfast was very good, on one day the selection of fruit from the buffet table was poorer than other days i.e. the chopped fruit (apples, grapes etc) was not there just the tinned citrus fruits. The staff were very attentive without being overbearing.
The tea wasn't great but may have to do with the water.
There was a smell of mildew from the bathroom as if it hadn't been aired in a while.
The key barrel in the door would have needed replacing it was difficult opening the door and took a lot of attempts
However the room was fine. The staff were very nice. I realise the hotel closes in the autumn so the rooms are locked up for months. I think your paintings could be better hung in the dining room you have modern tucked in with older pieces I didn't think they went well together.
