The room was decorated nicely. Bed was comfy. Sheets smelled really fresh which was a nice touch. Heating was on in the room when we arrived which was ideal as it was cold and we were getting ready to go out.

They were very kind and pleasant. We had everything we need at everytime. I even forgot my usb at the room and they called me if it was ours. Very kind of her. The breakfast was very good also.

A gem of a B&B. Perfect for a weekend break.

The warm welcome, the location and the facilities provided in the room. A clean and cosy room which was a good size for me as a solo traveller and it had a comfy bed. The choice at breakfast, from continental to a full Irish breakfast was brilliant.

I don't know if the establishment is in a hard water area but fabric conditioner on the towels please.

The hosts are delightful, very friendly but also respectful of guest's privacy. The breakfast is amazing. The parking is ideal, off street and plenty of space.

We found the bed a little soft and the shower/bathroom is very small. These are minor issues though.

Fabulous hearty breakfast, more than enough to eat. Really comfy beds. Great location - close to town but out of the way a bit so it didn't feel too busy. Good communication prior to arrival and a warm, friendly welcome when we got there.

Excellent Bacon.

Breakfast was excellent, the bacon much better than you get in many 4 star hotels. We were able to walk into Tralee each day, which was good. There is a good shopping centre nearby. It was a lovely quiet place.

While there was no communal lounge, it did'nt matter.

We had a really nice time at Lisa and Martin’s place. The breakfast was really good ! And thanks to their advices, we discover the coast road around Ballybunion and took the ferry to Kilrush ;)

We had no complaints. The room was perfect. very clean. We would go back and stay there again. Not walking distance from the town but we didn't mind we got a taxi in for a €10 so that wasn't bad for 2 people.
