The room smelt on cigarettes,a lot, and they didn ' t want to change it although i was with a child.

Not a family but friendly

Fantastic view from the room and balcony. Location is good enough. 12-15 walking from gondola and old town. Small grocery in 50 meters. Staff really tried to save our vacation and even solved some of our issues. But needless to say that these issues shouldn't happened in the first place. They also not charged us for missing room key. You can ask whatever you need on reception like cups or hairdryer and your request will be fulfilled. Thanks for that. I understand that each room here might have different owner and its quality really depends on it. Still I wouldn't recommend you to stay here if you are a family with kids or if you actually want to cook in the apartment unless that you can eat outside and only have a beer from the bottle with amazing view here and go to Banya hot springs everyday after skiing.

At first we was given cheaper apartment than we booked with no balcony and fireplace. Second no crib was provided on arrival as we have requested. Second point happened with our friends too despite they got confirmation of bed for kid <1 year ( we got just "extra bed confirmation") After we've moved to another room need to say a better one the toilet bawl was broke and shit literally leaked on the bathroom floor. It was fixed after a day. Then boiler stopped working the next day. And staying without hot water with a little kid isn't pleasant situation. Boiler was fixed the next day but broke again on the last day before we could took a shower before the road. Want to add that there is very poor kitchenware in the rooms no fair teacups, only one teaspoon. Shower cabin was falling apart. Skirting board missing in some places with sticking out nails which isn't very kids friendly. Limited spa ( sauna and hammam ) working hours from 18 to 20 which isn't quite useful for us.
