Perfect spot for bikers families

The hotel was clean, the staff was super nice and we really enjoyed the breakfast. We were also pleasantly surprised by the size of the spa. I highly recommend it!

Nice comfortable place for winter holiday

Large selection on the breakfest buffet. Very friendly staff. Good menu in the restaurant and nice arrangement of the meals. Short walk to schladming city centre, ski bus stop in front of the hotel, free parking space opposite the hotel. We also used the garage at the congress centre during heavy snowfall and for charging our car.

There would be space for a charging point for E-cars directly on the hotel.

Overpriced and not worth it

Quite a big room, a short walk to city center and restaurant downstairs.

Poor breakfast… okay for a B&B maybe, but not really for a hotel (and the price!!!!). The promised wellness area only available for few hours in the afternoon… We had a big room, but the view at old run-down motor homes is not welcoming. Not even a bottle of water in the room, no fridge, no water maker or coffee machine in the room. Black mold already started to build in the bathroom (otherwise clean)

nice and peaceful. seems like you’re miles away but only 5 mins up road is town centre

the only thing is no kettle in room, this is some sort of Austrian health and safety law. we bought one from hofel (Aldi). got to have a cuppa!!

Exceptional

All is perfect :))) the welcome at the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the very clean room with a balcony which gave a superb view of the mountain and the surroundings of Schladming :)) The free private parking of the hotel and plenty of space available :)) A very wide choice of breakfast which was also included in the reservation :))

Pampering yourself after hiking

Modern, well appointed room - especially the bathroom. Nice spa area! The hotel is just a short walk from the centre of town. This is a detail, but a highly pleasant one when you've been hiking all day: soft deep-pile rugs next to the bed! It was a treat for my feet!

It didn't really bother me, but the hotel is close to the train tracks. If you're on the side of the hotel facing the tracks, it can be a tad noisy with the windows open. However, I didn't hear anything at night with the windows shut.

the temperature in the rooms could be with few degrees warmer. the ski boot dryer didn’t work as expected, each day i found my ski boots wet. this is a big minus for a hotel with 200E/night.

Everything was excellent except that the waiter of the hotel asked ‘are you from the Camping’ because i was wearing a easy short. Disrespectful to me and to everyone who is in the Camping. Think twice before you say something please.

Waschbecken im Zimmer ist nicht so gut und direkt von der Dusche ins Zimmer ist auch nicht so gut. Immer nass.

Sehr gut und man ist gerne wieder Gast!

Wir waren die ersten Gäste in dem neuen Zimmer nachdem das Hotel gebrannt hat und ich muss sagen es war unglaublich toll dort zu schlafen. Die Betten und auch die Pölster waren sehr gut auch die Ausstattung war genauso wie man sie als Gast benötigt. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut man kann frische Eiergerichte bestellen und es fehlte an nichts. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der beheizte Skikeller war auch super!

Die Fenster sind sehr stark angelaufen und das Wasser lief deshalb in der Früh immer am Boden. Die Belüftung ist nicht so gut im Zimmer und es gab kein Duschgel… auf Nachfrage meinte man soll das Haarshampoo dafür verwenden das finde ich komisch das Konzept sollte man da noch anpassen oder zumindest die Beschriftung der Tube (Hair & Body) z. B. Und die Lichtschalter beim Zimmereingang sind verwirrend, es gibt einen für den Strom und einen fürs Licht wir mussten da länger herum drücken bis wir das verstanden haben auch das sollte unbedingt beschriftet werden viele kennen nur das Konzept dass die Zimmerkarte den Strom aktiviert das ist dort nicht so.

Super, ich würde wieder buchen!

Die Unterkunft ist hochwertig und charmant eingerichtet. Das Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, speziell im Restaurant. Das Frühstücksangebot ist umfangreich und hochwertig! Der Wellnessbereich bietet Entspannung in der Sauna inkl. Ruheraum.

Es wäre schön, wenn die Bademäntel für den Wellnessbereich im Preis inkludiert wären oder man lediglich eine Leihgebühr zahlen müsste, die bei Rückgabe der Bademäntel wieder retourniert werden würde.
