Vey nice flat, with enough space for 4 adults with sauna

We had a great time as a family and enjoyed the stay tremendously.

The cutlery, cooking utencils, plates etc were top class. The units are modern and fit for our purpose. The bedrooms and beds were great.

Staff were friendly but not very helpful in practice. I think there was a language barrier.

Very spacious and amenities were good.

Shower drain didn’t drain well and flooded the bathroom and bedroom. Also, the unit did not come with laundry detergent, but came with 3 dish detergent tabs. I would have thought they’d provide some laundry detergent instead of excessive dish detergent. Parking garage also very small and tight spaces.

Wouldn't stay again

Ok location. Easy walk from the station. Property was clean but soulless.

The charges for bedding - so expensive. And only 1 bedroom had been made up so we had to strip a bed and remake another. I didn't like the 300 euro deposit which took over a week to be refunded. No fresh milk or tea/coffee supplies. No soap in the bathrooms.

Well equipped apartment, nice to have 2 full bathrooms for 2 bedrooms.

The sauna setup is a bit odd and not that great. I would not opt for an apartment like this again. MAKE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT ON FEES. There was an additional 14 euro per person "linen fee". I Was quite annoyed with this and would not book a hotel from.this management company again. It feels dishonest to me. Also the included cleaning fee, 130 euros! And they ask you to clean the apartment before you leave!!

Perfect Infinity pool, clean and comfy room. Play Area for children (inside and outside). Option for breakfast or dinner.

The hotel is new, beautiful view from the room. All the facilities are great! We had sauna in the room, the the room was big and great

It felt like we had nothing extra. 1 towel for 1 person for 4 days. 1 for everything… and we were charged for that. Private sauna but only till 21:00 o’clock, so we had no time for that almost.

It is, without question one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. the private sauna was amazing and very convenient after skiing the whole day.

i understood everything from message about self check in from the booking website, we picked up our cards without problem, but when we came to our room it was very cold and the heater started to work the next morning. I tried to call number that was provided in the previously mentioned chat and no one answered.You cannot take skiing shoes with you to the hotel room, which is understandable, but the shoes were totally wet even after two days in ski room we tried switching to other heaters which was also unhelpful. we wanted to complain at the reception but for the whole stay the reception was closed and once again no one answered when we called. I would definitely recommend the hotel because overall we had very nice time and enjoyed the room so much but the service wasn’t good.

The garage parking is big enough and clean. The building is new and clean. Interior is great and each room in our apartment had it's own bathroom which we though was fantastic. We couldn't hear neighbours so that's a good sign too. Nice view over Schladming

All in all great. Nothing to point out that was bad. If i want to be really picky i'd ask to have a person at least come in a empty the bins in the kitchen and replace dishwasher tabs whilst the guests are out skiing. But that's really just picking out minor things.

Nice and new apartments, sufficient space for a group.

There was no soap! I never had to bring my own soap to a hotel / apartment stay. Neither of the 8 of us packed soap.. so if you really don’t want to provide soap to your guests, please send out a notification in advance so that we can pack some. There were also no sauna towels provided.

Super Unterkunft - "versteckte" Kosten

Sehr modern, schöner Blick aufs Skigebiet, gute Ausstattung insb. in der Küche und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Zum Ende des Aufenthalts wurden wir aufgefordert, extra für Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu zahlen. Das war unerfreulich und überraschend. Nach einer Überprüfung haben wir bemerkt, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher auch korrekterweise gegen Aufpreis bei Booking im Kleingedruckten angegeben sind. Zum einen wurde uns allerdings nie die Option gegeben, unsere eigene Bettwäsche oder Handtücher mitzubringen - die Zimmer waren voll ausgestattet und man hat nicht gefragt, ob wir das auch wollen. Zum anderen passt das meiner Meinung nach einfach nicht zu einer Unterkunft dieser Güte. Klar, sowas drückt nochmal den Preis bei der Buchung/lässt die Unterkunft günstiger wirken, aber gebt doch bitte einfach wie man es gewohnt ist den Gesamtpreis an, und alle gehen mit einem besseren Gefühl raus.
