Bedsheets were clean, and the table top was clean.

Upon entering the room, it smelled like poop. The ventilator's leg was broken. The walls were so dirty. This is the first hotel where our dog refused to stay.It was that bad.

Great location, but disappointing and unhygienic experience

The only good aspects of this hotel were its location, the relatively affordable price, and the staff, who were somewhat helpful. However, the overall experience was disappointing

Firstly, the photos shown online were misleading — the place did not look as clean or appealing in real life. The bed was extremely noisy, making it nearly impossible to sleep — every small movement caused a loud creak. Most shockingly, I found a used condom under the bed, which raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the place. This was completely unacceptable and left a very bad impression. I really did not expect this after seeing the photos. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made to both cleanliness and honesty in presentation

I had bed bug bites from the Bed and this is the second time a got it. I stayed here once before and during that time I got bitten by bed bugs as well. It caused me bad and terrible itchy skin I had to go to the doctor.

Horrendous!!!

Location.

Horrendous!!! We had 2 nights reservation at hotel Stern!!! Our conection flight had 5 hours delay to Stuttgart and we arrived to the hotel around 11:30pm. We arrived later than expected but No-one answered the ring bell, no-one answered the Hotel Stern contact phone number (We asked for help to a neighbour, who kindly called 3 times in our behalf). NO ANSWER, NO SOLUTION, NO APOLOGIES!!! Regarding the lack of support or answers from the hotel, we had to move back to the airport and sleep in the airport common areas. The hotel was already paid but we had not any place to sleep, internet or any German phone number to ask for help. It was very unfair and unpleasant situation. We sent an email last week asking for a refund of the first night but we haven't any answer. Completely unacceptable!!! I will try to escalate the situation to booking.com or contact to my bank to cancel the payment!!!

For someone that is searching for a more affordable option it’s a great stay, however for someone that needs some comfor

everything was super clean, and it seemed as if it was an everyday process, which was appreciated.

The welcoming staff was not as friendly, the bathroom was separate and due to the full capacity was not easy to be accessed. The room was quite cold and really small. There was no fridge nor an option to get some water or anything for food! There was also no chances of reaching a small market shop where essentials could be bought.

Surviled the night but to dirty and broken, even for the price

Location was okay, shared bathroom concept is fine when you travel. No breakfast options is fine, there is a bakery / Konditorei pretty close by.

I didn't expect a luxurious room but having no curtains and a dirty smelly bathroom was even below expectation. The parking mentioned is just street parking.
