Apartment not cleaned at all. Half of the kitchen not cleaned

Nothing was to be liked

I booked the hotel apartment. Upon check in, I checked in the kitchen very bad smell was coming from microwave. And tv was not working I called 3 thrice reception they told me they will fix it. But no body came to fix. It was very dirty apartment. In washroom bath tub drainage was block. At end I was sleeping in the morning it was a Sunday morning at 8am in upper floor they sent the maintenance staff for some work they started doing drill and used the hammer. I called them in the morning they said they will stop but they didn't staff was working till 11am. Over all experience was very very bad.

Pretty disappointing for a well located hotel

Just the location. Nearing the ports and corniche.

Unfortunately, the rooms were a disaster altogether. First, we were welcomed by roaches and later received interesting bed bug visits at night. There were many eggs on the bed, so we had to put on extra sheets to contain them. Also, the bathrooms aren't well maintained, the cooking pots, cutlery, and fridges aren't cleaned well. Practically a disaster that forced us to be outside all the time. A surely depressing place with no value for money. It gave no interesting point to even take any picture whatsoever.

There was a slight leakage, not major, but the smell was little too much in the kitchen due to it. However it didn’t affect my stay or peace, unless so entered in the kitchen…!

The location was OK. Close to supermarkets and the city. The room was comfortable.

The igniters of the cooking range in the kitchen was not working. The shower curtain and the bathroom door bottom was full of fungus (mold) . The clothes rack provided was in badly damaged condition. I asked housekeeping to clean the room on the second day, they said they do it on alternate days. I asked for a spare bath towel. They said they dint have any spare left and would give the next day. The next day the housekeeping came at 1930 hrs to clean the room which I didnt want. when asked for a spare bath towel they gave me a hand towel. they did not replenish the toiletries. Horrible service.

The room was good.. Perfect for group of friends & family. Reception & Staff were always extremely helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean and the AC was really cold. We will definitely come back again.

Overall good. Check in was smooth and quick. Parking available in other building, bit confuse way to parking. Night shift housekeeping staff assisted us for the show room and luggage delivery. Some smile required in reception from staff while checking out.
