Was not peaceful at all, someone doing maintenance work from 8:30am & talking very loudly, very annoying.

The breakfast was served good.

The staff behavior was not good. If we come to UAE , we usually book to royal hotel but next time we will try different hotel. We just ask for extra blankets, they said no we will not provide. They were not supportive at all.

Bed was not clean and bendy. Bath room shower was faulty. Bathroom was not clean & floor with full of water. Floor was so wet and sticky. Towels were not clean.

Manager not nice

The Staff was very kind except the manager. Everything was clean and the process of check-in and check-out was smooth.

The ironing board in my room was already broken when I used it but they charged me for it on check out
