Staffs are very corporative.

Bed was not clean and bendy. Bath room shower was faulty. Bathroom was not clean & floor with full of water. Floor was so wet and sticky. Towels were not clean.

Manager not nice

The Staff was very kind except the manager. Everything was clean and the process of check-in and check-out was smooth.

The ironing board in my room was already broken when I used it but they charged me for it on check out

It was ok for the money that I paid.

Only reason I like the hotel was the friendliness of the house keeping staff who tried their best to find at least another room in the same floor. Especially the supervisor Ms Kumari and her crew was doing a very good job.

We were offered two rooms in floor 2 and 4, although we requested connecting rooms or rooms closelby. Receptionist was not helpful at all. However, house keeping staff later approached me and arranged another room in the same floor.
