Total fraud and cheaters. Not recommended to anyone else

Worst experience ever very bad behavior and customer dealing much disappointing.Paid 100 Dhirams for taxi from Dubai to Sharjah and upon arrival at hotel resecption they said hotel is fully booked 🥹. No respect for customer. Booking.com should remove this hotel from list. They are not trustworthy.

Worst experience ever..

one of the worst experience ever..when we booked it was pat at the property and when we reached at hotel the receptionist ( Pooja) she refused to take check in and said we can't accept the booking because you need to pay online then why did they open the portal to pay at property..when we asked receptionist (pooja) very bad attitude and unprofessional.. she said its as per manager whos name is ( Yasir) he instructed them to fool the guest and don't take check in..I would never recommend this hotel and to people whos gonna stay there.. they will spoil your stay.. very unprofessional hotel and especially front Desk very unprofessional.. next time either mention pay online or else don't open the portal for them who wants to pay at the property don't fool them please

Toilet, toilet and toilet I ve travelled over 26 countries I never been in a room with a very awkward bath such what I met in that hotel. To me, the hotel should be closed till they do something about the toilets

i got there at 10:30 pm, and they have no booking for me and i stayed there for until 1 after midnight to let me in into my room, to relies that its not even the room i booked, and it was soo dusty and the bed was so hard you cant sleep on it. plus the AC was not working, it was so hot in the room, and in the morning i got up to get some food as this booking includes breakfast, i was told by there managements that they don't provide any food

Excellent choice to stay with the Family!

Facilities (was given an option to choose the newly renovated room from the one I selected which was an old room, gladly I selected the new room) , cleanliness (cleaning everyday throughout our entire stay), friendly staff (always smiles, esp. the kabayan receptionist)

Staff receptionist on that day morning I check in 11 am April 19...my check in was 12 to 1am of 19 April it was approved but instead I put 12 noon to 1300, I admit I put wrong time, 19 April but I reached 11 am , we are late ...she answer me rude , no available room , I book and approved 1am ....where is that reservation early in morning 19 of April..no , staff answer me , I should come 1500 ...she don't know a proper approaching for customers I really feel bad...then wifi so poor in our room and land line phone also not working , I need to go down in reception if I need anything...And the complimentary things is only for one person, cup only one , towel only one . I book with me my one friend....

Cockroach Infestation – Worst Hotel Experience Ever!

It’s perfectly located right in the city center, directly across from another major hotel. There are so many famous attractions within walking distance, which made sightseeing super convenient. Whether it was museums, historic sites, or local restaurants — everything was just a short stroll away.

Конечно, вот эмоциональный и подробный отзыв на английском языке: “Cockroach Nightmare – Absolutely Disgusting!” Even though this is a 3-star hotel and we understand we can’t expect luxury or perfect furniture, nothing can justify what we experienced. The worst part was walking into our room after check-in and finding cockroaches everywhere — from tiny ones to big ones — crawling on the floor, on the table, in the sink, in the closet, and even inside the tightly closed fridge! While we were out for just a short trip to the store, a cockroach actually climbed into our half-finished coffee cup left on the table. We had to seal the gap under the bedroom door ourselves just to sleep without fear of them running in during the night. When we went to reception with photos and complaints, they simply said there was nothing they could do and told us we could leave if we didn’t like it. It was a total nightmare. We had to keep all our belongings tightly packed overnight and sleep with the lights on, because cockroaches are afraid of the light. Honestly, it was a horrific experience — never again!

Nothing, only location

I reserved a smoking room, when I reached they gave me a smoking room and the AC was not working, so I contacted the receptionist and she told me that she will send the maintenance guy who told me in a rude way you're not living with us in UAE? AC is not working due to rain. So I asked them to change the room, and they moved me to a non smoking room and the connection was not working, no internet or phone calls access or connection, so I went straight to the reception and I told them I want to check out because this is not a proper stay, the receptionist took the key card from me and said ok as you like!! She didn't even ask me why I'm leaving after 15 minutes!! And they didn't even refund me even though I checked in for 10 minutes only!! Very bad experience and I'm not recommend this place to anyone, I advise you to sleep in the street rather than go to this place.

Best value for money.

Location is just infront of mega mall and surrounded by Restaurent. Ease to move to any directions. Bus, taxis are available near by. Rooms are larger with all amenities.

The property seems to be old.. washroom is totally corroded. Shower doesn’t work properly due to corrosion. Parking spaces are limited but the hotel helps with valet parking .
