am writing as a regular customer who has previously enjoyed staying at your property. However, I am very disappointed with my experience today, June 8th, during the daytime. The receptionist on duty was extremely uncooperative and behaved rudely when I attempted to park my car. Despite there being empty parking spots, he refused to allow me to park and dismissed my concerns by saying he is not responsible. His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially towards loyal customers. If such conduct continues, it will damage your reputation and business. As for me, I will not be returning to your hotel again after this experience. I urge you to take this matter seriously and address it with the staff involved.

People staying in other rooms keep loud TV volumes, Cigarette smoking smell. It has to be controlled at customer service team who need to provide the instructions to the people who are staying to abide by the hotel rules / regulations

bed was amazingly comfortable. I was having trouble of sleeping on my own bed but i was surprised that i was able to sleep properly in this hotel.
