    ⭐☆☆☆☆ (0/5) My experience at Al Hayat Hotel Apartments has been extremely disappointing and stressful. If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid for a **one-bedroom apartment**, expecting the facilities and amenities that should normally be included. However, from the beginning of my stay, I had to repeatedly request a washing machine, even though it should already be available in the apartment. It was embarrassing and disrespectful that I had to keep asking for something that should have been provided without question. What made the experience even worse is that the staff **repeatedly take the washing machine away and then bring it back again**, forcing them to keep coming to our room. This has happened multiple times during our stay. A washing machine is essential for guests staying for weeks or months. It makes no sense to keep removing it and disturbing guests who specifically chose a one-bedroom apartment for the convenience of having these facilities. When I asked the reception about it, I was even told to **use an outside laundry service**. That response was completely unacceptable. Why should I pay extra to wash my clothes outside when I already paid for a one-bedroom apartment expecting these amenities? Another serious issue is that the staff **do not respect the "Do Not Disturb" sign**. Even when the sign is clearly displayed on our door, they still ring the doorbell, knock on the door, and call the room telephone while we are sleeping or resting, just to collect the washing machine or the weighing scale. This completely defeats the purpose of having a "Do Not Disturb" policy. This is the first hotel where I have experienced this level of inconvenience. Instead of enjoying a peaceful stay, we have been constantly interrupted. I would **not recommend this hotel to business travelers, families, or anyone planning a long stay**, because you cannot properly rest, work, or enjoy your privacy. The management seriously needs to improve its guest service, respect guests' privacy, honor the "Do Not Disturb" sign, and provide the amenities that guests have already paid for without repeatedly disturbing them. **Zero stars from me.**
