Passable for one night stay

Staff at the reception very friendly.

Everything very old, breakfast area and breakfast itself full of fear, there is nothing to eat except of one omelette which you can order from the cook.

I just want to say, it was awesome experience.

First thanks to Usman he is a nice guy and he does his work respectively. Overall, this was a very good stay! The hotel staff were truly awesome—friendly, professional, and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the location is excellent for exploring the area. A major plus for us was the convenient car park, which made arriving and leaving very easy. Everything was great.

The photo in booking is different from reality!! And the apartment is not clean. The stuff was very supportive. It's not recommended for more than 1 night. Also, there's no entertainment available, a very old satellite with no smart screen.

During my recent stay at a hotel, I encountered a significant issue that marred my overall experience. Despite having specifically reserved a non-smoking room, I was met with a pervasive smell of smoke that permeated the entire space. This was not only disappointing but also discomforting, as I had chosen the hotel with the expectation of a clean and smoke-free environment. The presence of the smoke smell suggested a lack of attention to the hotel’s policies or a breakdown in their room preparation process, both of which significantly impacted my satisfaction and comfort during my stay.

Despite no clean rooms I had met nice people!

The Front desk team and the Rezvan from the front office was the best employee, he was very friendly and helped us despite many problems we had, he is Guest oriented and was very friendly every time I called him. I give the Al hayat hotel one last chance due to kindness of their staff and rate it a 10.

Here, the hotel management should come up with something, cleanliness is a big construction site in your hotel and something must be done here, I speak from experience since I myself work in the largest hotel chain in the world. If you want you can contact me and I will discuss the details with you. I think it is a pity for your hotel, you have very good and professional staff (FO team and technical team), please invest time and training in your housekeeping department to avoid further negative feedback. Small criticism to FO: Dear reception, please give guests an adapter when they check in or change the appliances in the kitchen they have in their rooms, the socket does not fit the plug!
