cool stay, needs better wifi and more cleanness to avoid bugs and its perfect.

the stay was nice, the beds were comfy the staff was great, however there was a bug in my room and i had to be changed into another room in the middle of my stay which was very annoying to re-pack and move, and wifi was really REALLY terrible. no more than 3mbps (if even that)

Happy

Great Thumbs up for the hotel management as they refunded me the last night of my booking as I had to leave due to emergency … very satisfying attitude and rare to be done by other hotels

Decent stay,

Room were spacious and hotel was not cramped. Cleaning staff were punctual and hard working.

Indian Food option was heavy towards keralite food.

Not as good as last time

Location was convenient

The mattress was old and very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dated, door was chipped in places. The fridge freezer had water leaking which I assume was from the ice. The wardrobe inside could have been cleaned it was dusty. The breakfast area where watermelon and cucumber was there were fruit flies

Not bad for one night just to sleep.

The staff are kind and the location close to amenities.

No enough parking.. struggling to get the car out. The furniture is really old and broken.. The breakfast is very basic and there were flies in the restaurant

The street it is located at, the area not the facility it self, but in the surrounding area there are plenty of choices that I walked to and saw their facilities for similar prices and way better in terms of how clean and better looking options

It is not worth staying at, for the same price and same area, you could always get way better options. Breakfast is limited and poorly presented, and the room is small and smelly. The bathroom is small and old.

I lost my chain , waiting for the updates . 24/02023 early morning I was trying to call . I stayed room 403 suite room from the property . It quite nice but hotel reception informed that small damage in carpet . While checkout I informed Mr Faisal at night , with hotel staff information I went out ,I suppose to checkout 1 pm 25/05/2023 . I did my early checkout .even I didn't ask any refund .the first day I check-in with booking.com site second day they offer me same rate as a booking.com site as a walk-in guest .I did not stay with full day of my rent . I checkout early . Now we are in Abu Dhabi , when ever I used to call them for our chain ,which we forgot . They keep own saying about carpet damage . Serval time I informed reception and bell desk about damage images send to my what's up , because I have to verify . From early morning I was requesting about damage images but no one taking responsibility . So what did I like means - property staffs not understanding guest value makes more occupancy with better revenue. They focus with occupancy become with normal market value . Please don't be get negative impact . As a family member I shared you

The smell inside the room..but I was adjusting . Also sofa bed was damage but later they changed it . Door damage , getting stuck always .. even I order two type of food ( fish and chicken ) coast me 75 AED . Quantity of food is not enough with my payment . Food servied me with plastic box which is open . So where I did a complaint against to hotel . Even I smile there and bye to all staff with good manner . I won't call these all for hotel manager or management . But once I lost my chain , they keep on calling for damage small carpet . Even I went reception at night , I explain it all thinks which I feel . My request,. I mention my arrival earlier via booking.com site so at least housekeeping staffs should check before guest arrived to hotel ..
