Staff was courteous, room was clean and check In and check out was smooth.

Hotel upkeep was poor - painting on walls falling off, they do not provide milk powder or milk for tea and funnily no spoons or stirrers were provided. There are no hand towels provided. The breakfast was average. Definitely not value for money.

Staff had an attitude. facilities everything was upon availability , cleanness there was black mold in the toilet and blood in the bedsheets, they took our car to park it since there was no way to park with the way people parking on the entrance way and we had to look for it almost for an hour

The pool and the room is all clean. And all the amenities we need is there already. And also the staff they are nice. Iike very much the jacuzzi

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the convenience of having my food delivered directly to my door, along with the housekeeping staff who promptly cleaned and changed my bedsheets. The atmosphere of the hotel was calming and peaceful, with no loud noises to disrupt my relaxation. My room was nicely furnished, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. Every member of the team was kind and helpful, and their warm smiles made a lasting impression. I truly appreciated all their assistance and the positive atmosphere they created throughout my visit. Thank you to everyone for making my experience so enjoyable!

The area is very crowded and having a parking it was big challenge. Hotel parkings were very squeezed and very limited. For the three nights I stayed I couldn’t have a parking at the hotel I was told they were full and I had to pay for the outside parking for the three nights 90 dirhams. When I wanted to speak to the manager I was told his is on leave. Next morning I complained at the front desk but the lady was unprofessional she wouldn’t look at my face with bad attitude. Breakfast we were asked if breakfast was included in our stay, we assured that it was included but the lady made us wait for 10 min to double check on us. What a waste of time.

Good value for money in Sharjah... nice modern hotel

This hotel was a positive surprise. We booked it just to sleep before the return flight from Sharjah, but if we knew, we would spend few more night there. The hotel hast nice location, not far away from the Corniche, which was the best walking spot in whole UAE during our stay. It is not trivial to get there as pedestrian, but this is common for the whole land. Sharjah is in general nice and much more authentic than Dubai or AD - consider to spend some time there. Staff is more than friendly, there is a restaurant in the hotel with reasonable prices and especially friendly ladies who work there. Rooms are very modern, spacious and comfortable (from the outside the hotel did not look that modern). Swimming pool with jacuzzi on the rooftop is nice... there is option of warm and colder water. We did not book breakfast, but nevertheless got a small package, which was very handy before the flight - many thanks. Price was more than fair.

it was excellent short staycation, very nice affordable but it has best quality hotel

we love the rooms very comfy and neat and cleanliness is excellence we booked 3 rooms with our friends. The Manager is very accommodating

a little disappointment with the 2 lady receptionist, but thanks to the Manager all settled he handle the situation professionally and friendly manner.

The front desk staff were amazing and very accommodating, thank you! The bell boy was also great and extremely helpful! Big and quiet room. Comfortable bed.

The shower door is damaged, so water goes everywhere. The bathroom could do with better detailed cleaning.
