Price is good for long term stay, but not comfy.
The property is convenient for us, but the service and the room isn’t great.

Maybe it’s because you get what you paid.
Spacious. Budget friendly.
It was our second time actually but compared last time this time was disappointing. AC is not working, the pillow cases were full of dust. We asked for extra blanket and they gave us used or dirty one. The toilet flush was not working.

Good location
Situated in a neighborhood surrounded by residential buildings, restaurants, and supermarkets, the location offers excellent accessibility for groceries and dining. It’s also conveniently close to bus stations with routes to Dubai. I especially appreciate the spacious room, complete with its own kitchen and dining area.
The toilet does not seem to have hot water but it can be fixed.

the location is fine and near to main road - accessibility is good.
no facilities like pool rooms and hallways is a bit dated... (dark alleys) there is no designated parking for guest and charges for private parking is way to high. RTA - parking is always full so you need to go on circles to find a parking spot.

Awful Stay in this hotel
Nothing at all and they are really cheating. They put photos in Booking which are totally different from the reality. It was an awful experience with this hotel. The amount of 900 Dirhm they took is totally not fair and I could really say they worth less than 20 dirhms per night. Very bad furniture and toilets of zero quality.. booking should punish them and if possible, I shall return my money back for that day.

Spacious apartment, pretty good value for money.
I thought I was renting a room, but it was actually an apartment. It had a bedroom, living room, and a separate kitchen. It was a really spacious place. The hotel isn't exactly the newest and could use a refresh, but it's quite clean, and the apartments are equipped with everything you need. There are grocery stores next to the hotel. I stayed there twice, one night each, and it was okay.
The hotel could use some freshening up and a little renovation.
