Convenience anybody in a hotel

Great location and super clean hotel.

The property is clean. My room is comfortable with a comfy bed and clean ironed sheets. No odours in my room. AC was good. Quiet and good sleep every night. I did not use the restaurant but I haf breakfast once, no issues, its mostly Indian based cuisines. The staff were all good and professional. Snehal, Assel and Prsssnth are amazing people. Always willing to help. Other workers are super amazing. Hotel is closer to Toyota office and industrial area 4 and other places. Its kind of central and has few places to eat and shop as well

Lovely and excellent value for money

The beds are good comfy and sheets are always clean and ironed. Rooms are tidy, comfortable, amenities are up to date. This location was the best for me as its closer to all my appointments. The workers are all nice. I met almost all of them. Always willing to help. Great vale for money

Packages Delivery.. If you ordered a package from outside, they don`t allow delivery officer to approach your room, neither letting someone from staff to deliver the package to your room, you have to collect it your self which was very frustarted. Early Check-In Obstacle.. I`ve no objection to book extra night if my arrival time is far 9 or 10 hours beyond normal check-in hours but if my arrival time is just two hours earlier than normal check-in time, I need get my room without extra fees.. But reception staff asked me to pay if I wish getting early check-in which means rooms are available but they will let you wait after long flight. Gym is very old.. Only dumbbells are usable but there was no bench chair to do dumbbells workouts.

When we reached they made us wait alot before giving the room The room was very small They don’t have good parking it’s so hard to find spot They don’t help with the luggage Tv was off No tooth brush or hair cap in the washroom No disposable slippers Reception not picking the calls at all It was bad experience

Budget Option for short stays

This hotel is a budget option and it's mainly suitable if you're just in town for a quick stopover, especially if you have a flight the next day. It’s nothing fancy but it does the job if you just need a place to sleep. The guy at the front desk was welcoming and helpful which made the check-in smooth. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay but don’t expect too much. It’s definitely more about convenience than comfort.

Staff were good. Location was good. Rooms were comfortable,alot of storage space, and generally plenty of room to move around. Cleaner of the room-dont remember his name, very helpful. Ac worked well. Hot water was adequate. Many many affordable eateries in walking distance. Its a no brainer for when I come again, il definitely stay at citymax. Special shout out to Mr.Islam, Madam Simple-always helpful.

Staffs were very rigid, not even 1 staff smiled Please train the staffs to smile or atleast wish Also the lifts were used most of the time by staffs had to wait for a long time Wondering they don’t have service lifts
