Close to Dubai - good hotel

big rooms, location is fine...(anywhere in Sharjah will always be a busy area) - there is supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants (1 min walk) - staff are nice and helpful...especially, a receptionist called Joan - was very helpful and always smiling with people. If you plan to be in this hotel to go to Dubai - this is a great choice. It's almost 1 street away from Dubai (it may take you between 20 to 30 min due to traffic) to be in Dubai.

Cleanness is an issue I faced - for example, mugs in the room are old and overused....and the cleaners will just wash it with water. Furniture in the room is a bit old.

Clean, good location and nice staff

Friendly staff and a large room. The swimming pool on the roof was great. The price-quality ratio is one of the best I've experienced in Sharjah. It's located on the outskirts of Sharjah, which is also a plus, with a short travel time to Dubai. In short, definitely worth a return visit.

Misleading Booking Information and Poor Hygiene

the location and quietness

I booked a family room for 4 people based on the description provided during booking. However, upon arrival, we found only one bed in the room. The hotel then asked for additional payment to provide extra beds, which was not mentioned beforehand. This was misleading and disappointing. Additionally, the corridor had a noticeable unpleasant smell, which affected the overall experience. I hope the hotel improves transparency

The bed was really comfortable

They bring breakfast to your room between 6:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. So they wake you up and interrupt your sleep, and then you have to eat a cold breakfast. They should open the restaurant and let people come down to eat their breakfast whenever they want, rather than having it brought to their room while they sleep.

Excellent Services

I arrived at the hotel before the check-in time, but Joan at the front desk was very kind and let me check in early. I didn’t expect that, and I really appreciated her helpful attitude. The staff were great, and the hotel was very clean. I will definitely come back again. The location is also very convenient — restaurants, supermarkets, and malls are all nearby.

One of the best stay...

Excellent stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff on duty from 1450H is very professional in accomdating me and giving assurance that what ever is mu needs or concern shes just a dial 0 away and she will make the necessary action ASAP

Theres a remote tv in the bedroom but there's no tv, The complimentary soap, slippers and other toiletries are not yet available upon checkin nad mosy of all while i was in the shower room all of a sudden i heard someone in the livinh room, , when i checked its the maintenance guy who just went in without asking permission or even ringjng the door bell
