Very bad experience. A huge amount of cockroaches everywhere in the room. The hotel changed my room, but unfortunately the new room had the same problem. The entire hotel seems to have a serious insect infestation. Very disappointing and unacceptable stay.

They are not worth to get even a single star

Nothing..

There were cockroaches all around. There was wet feeling in the beds and blankets, also bad smell. Breakfast was really bad except one cake piece.

Good place to stay overall.

Good rooms and daily cleaning. Big size room for my family of 4 person. Breakfast included.

Location is not so good, need to travel to the places of interest by taxi which is costly. Breakfast can be better by changing the menu frequently. House keeping can be better. Always missing towels or insufficient quantity.

We felt at home

Special thanks to Mr. Fouad, the receptionist guy, who was very kind and welcoming since we arrived. He made sure all our request were fulfilled during our stay and was always ready to help if we had any issues. The apartment was very spacious with all useful amenities. The beds were very comfortable. Reusables were changed and replaced everyday. Thanks to Mrs. Mali the room maker lady, was very kind also. Met all our expectations. Also, the maintenance guys attended to us immediately for any repairs. We felt at home!.

The breakfast was nice but limited. We stayed for 2 weeks but mostly same food everyday.

Awful

expected a five-star experience, but this hotel was far below that standard—more like a two-star property. The kitchen area was infested with bugs, and cleanliness was severely lacking throughout the hotel. Surfaces were visibly dirty, and the rooms did not meet basic hygiene standards. Overall, the stay was very disappointing and not representative of what a 5-star hotel should offer. I do not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.

Very comfortable place to stay

The apartment was great! Plenty of space, very large living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, bedroom. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen has everything that I needed. The staff were all very nice, very friendly, very helpful, especially Kouloud from reception. The breakfast was delicious. The apartment was peacful and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay here and didn't want to go away in the end.

This is such a minor issue, but I will just mention this to help with improvement. Some of the room facilities are a bit old and out dated, such as the cupboards, wardrobes. But of course, this can be improved.

everything was good, the rooms were cleaned daily, good free parking, convenient location! we stayed on the 7th floor in room 701, full amenities, we had to buy a saucepan and a frying pan though😄 I would like to express my gratitude to the girl named Khonloud at the reception

Excellent Hotel in Sharjah

"I had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm hospitality and made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and elegant decor. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was well-appointed with luxurious amenities, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were always available to assist with any request and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Especially Ines, a very kindly lady, helped me with a lot of useful information 🤗

Ok but not recommended and definitely not a 5 star

- We went during Ramadan. They served the suhoor in restaurant or room. Both options had plenty of quantity and variety. We enjoyed it much. - There was also 20% discount offered on food. - We were initially disappointed finding out that there will be no suhoor buffet. However the manager Mr. Fouad upgraded us with 2 complementary breakfast meals for all days of our stay.

- We were allotted floor 14 initially which smelled of sewerage on. Smell was on the whole floor and in the unit itself. Then we complained and were moved to 12th floor, which didn’t have this problem thankfully. - Receptionist lady (the one not covering) needs a lesson in hospitality and manners. She was irritated and rude, on phone and in person. - Toilet bathing area gutter was out of order rendering one bathroom useless. - Room Cleaning was superficial. They just mopped the floor partially leaving obvious garbage on the floor/carpet etc. - Room inventory check wasn’t done properly. We had to call numerous times to request for missing spoons, plates, glasses. They did brought it every time. But it was a hassle nevertheless.

First the room and especially the kitchen area was extremely dirty. And worst don't trust this hotel. They had filled in the rating of my stay themselves, which is absolutely disgusting behavior. I have filed a complaint against them with booking.com for this.

Amazing!

I booked an apartment for me and my family. It didn't include breakfast, but the manager was sweet; they offered us free breakfast for our entire stay! The staff was nice and friendly, making sure you feel comfortable during your stay. Also, they were always smiling!

The location had a downside: there was a lot of traffic to get to the hotel.

3 star masquerading as a 5 star

Large Apartment

Very dingy rooms, it was kind of smelly when we walked in. The wash basin clogged the first time we used it. The hotel is located on one of the busiest traffic bottlenecks in Sharjah, so expect to be stuck for a long time if you leave the hotel during rush hour. Also, the location is in the midst of an industrial area, so even if you get one of the airer apartments, your view will overlook tyre shops and garages. Out apartment overlooked various flats within the same complex and we saw neighbours going about their business. The windows are very small and makes the whole place dark. The toilets and furniture feel cheap l. Bewildered how this place got a 5 star rating.

Lovely stay

We arrived at 12am and were greeted by the reception staff Fouad, that quickly and efficiently checked us in. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable After checking out my sister realised that she had left some clothes behind and they kindly tracked them down and kept safe for us until we were able to return. We only stayed one night but we would return again
