The room was in really poor condition. Old and needed renovation. Dirty. You could hear noice through the entrance door

The location of the resort was perfect with the beautiful surroundings.

Most of the Staff didnt speak or understand any other language than french even at the front desk. The cleaning staff was at times inpolite even with the do not disturb sign on. This is something you can hardly accept in such a place. At the restaurant they were a lot of occassions late and did not bring exactly what we ordered however the food was delicious. For such a high price at least the breakfast should have been included

Not great for leisure unless you are visiting the tennis academy

Big, spacious room, comfortable beds and good quality bedding. Strong air-con perfect for hot weather. Reception and restaurant staff were lovely and very attentive. The pool was warm, and there were plenty of sun beds. The food in the restaurant for dinner was good and reasonably priced.

Restaurant closes at 2pm and there is nothing to eat until 7pm, not even room service. We wanted to have lunch before check in (as it was not until 4pm) but there was nothing available and not even shop nearby. We were misled as the hotel is advertised as resort but it is very much just a hotel attached to a tennis academy which is the main purpose of most visitors but it was not ours.

Close proximity to the tennis academy. Staffs are always accommodating and friendly.

Staffs are always friendly. There was a drainage issues in the bathtub, told the staff, was fixed alright away.

Restaurant was dirty. Stains on dinning table. Dish for olive oil seemed used (same issues as in October 2024, I complained to the waiter both times. There were ants in my room but did not have food inside the room

Wonderful sporty resort in the riviera

We had a wonderful stay here, loved the setting, facilities, sporty vibe and great food.

Our teenage kids were disappointed not to have been able to use the gym. Suggest offering an induction session and then a disclaimer for use to be a bit more inclusive.

Reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful at hotel or gym. The staff in the restaurants and bar were the opposite- they were exceptional.

Breakfast was great. Staff really friendly. There was noisy building works on site which woke me. I rang reception and they upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast. Very impressed with the service and staff.

I prefer the new refurbished rooms. The old room decor is a bit dark and dreary.

the facilities are nice and the location perfect. the restaurant « l’emblème » is really nice - very professional and kind staff

some of the prices are out of this world - 5 EUR for a 0,33 l. bottle of water in the minibar? 11 EUR for a large beer at the restaurant? seriously??? not even in switzerland!!

relaxed atmosphere and comfortable rooms A lot of focus on their tennis business but plenty of comfort in the area. This site is probably at its best in June rather than November... Good Access for Mougin and its excellent cuisine

Disappointing

Just next to the academy

- we booked a queen bed with extra bed : we got twin beds very badly arranged and not comfortable - the extra bed was uncomfortable old pillow weird stuffs. - the breakfast is bad, very expensive for what you get - the staff is rude, not commercial and even more they said to us that the hotel had no queen bed or king at all. - special mention for the reception: you could think you are in a cheap place as they are talking loud to you
